Are sudden realizations downloads? I was having a tough time trying to figure out my path. I know I’m a healer but it what capacity. Then All of sudden I came to the realization that we are all Healers whether it’s through being a musician or artist or chef or builder. When we use our gifts and talents for the good of others we become healers. It gave me the chills and I just sat in my car and smiled because I was going about “finding my path to heal” in an unskillful way.
EXACTLY and healing ourselves first is the most important.
I have to listen to this podcast twice. It spoke to me, especially the part on struggling.
