This episode made me feel like I am not alone. Thank you both for this. At 44, I’m still working myself.

COGIC kid here! Not, he’s a nerd, but also a musician. Hello Red Flag! 🚩 🤦🏽‍♀️ Too funny, but what I can tell you is, church girls, specifically COGIC girls, we tend to be a bit naive especially when our parents are who they are in the church. I was “born in” and I’m 48 & divorced. What a journey this life has been and yes, I contribute a lot of it to how I was raised and the belief that God would work it out. I believe that, but there’s some common sense we gotta put in place as well! Anyhow….great interview.

I can’t stand when a man blames you, hers hype with you because he’s doing you wrong. I will never understand that. And I would’ve gone right to court on that young lady. 😩

Believe what you say and maybe not what you hear. If you see your marriage in the garbage, believe it! You ain’t gotta hear from God and that’s exactly what I mean by us church girls are naive.
