I am a much bigger Iron Man fan, so it hurts me to say this, but Reed is proven to be the smartest man in every multiverse. I dont see any version of Tony that could possibly take out every version of Reed Richards. Hell if Reed wanted to cheat he could just find a way to use his sons omnipotent power and erase every version of Iron Man without even having to put effort into it.
I know that reeds is smarter in comics but in live action tony has way better feats in terms of iq. If we are talking bout franklin Richards powers but if he can do that in comics then ya he wins easily.

Iron God’s feats are very difficult to scale as he only existed for a short while, so I decided to scale him based on the power of a fully-fed Galactus, as they both use the Power Cosmic as their power source and Korvac (who Iron God was around equal to) was stated to be equal in power to Galactus

Actually no, Alpha is RR in possession of the Infinity Gauntlet. I didn't include Beyonder Reed because he never really got the Beyonder's powers, he was just taking the universes created by Franklin and getting Molecule Man (who had the Beyonder's powers) to weave them into the new multiverse.
You’re interpretation is just as correct as mine, the only evidence we have for what happened is the last couple pages of Secret Wars #9 and what’s happening isn’t incredibly clear
