Because when he begin rescuing, he will reveal himself and mini tide turner will vanish. Mini tide turner only available when he's invisible

If he perform rescue when his watch is in use, it will temporarily disable the skill and he will get a normal hit. If he get a hit before rescuing then the little tide could take that terror shock
