I don't think she considered that. Personally, I envision her in a sleek/modern penthouse in a high rise. The house is nice, but it looks like a freaking castle from the dark ages. The style is way too mature for a young person.

OMG.. of alll their houses, Porsha's house is definitely, 100% my style and taste. Nice Earth tones, Natural colors, not soo pastel and openly bright everywhere. Very Metro and cozy, like a Luxury country home.. Definitely Me. the Outside with the Arches, and Tower like design to the ceiling to floor windows... Damn it's like they pulled that out of my head.
1.5 million but only 5 bedrooms ? My house was like 300k w 4 bedrooms. For 1.5m ima need like 7 bedrooms with an extra guest house like kandi 😂😂😂
Cynthia still got the best house imo. It's got that homey feel to it, and it's not just big and generic. Plus the lake! :p

Duluth Ga.......only 45 minutes to Downtown ATL. She got a great steal. I'm surprised a woman that young can afford to purchase there. She must have excellent credit.

Sheree was an idiot building a house she clearly can't afford, so I agree. But Kenya made the wisest investment.

I feel like the new trend amongst the real housewives is to buy new homes. It's like they're all getting paid the same money from bravo and buying the same thing and then acting like it's an accomplishment and they've worked super hard for it. I miss the first seasons of the real housewives where the ones who lived in lavish homes and had money were ones who actually had real careers and nice things before the show was ever a part of their lives. 90% of the housewives now would be homeless or in a small ass apartment if it weren't for the money bravo pays them to film them for a few months a year.
rilo be The show are their jobs now so it is an accomplishment. These women bring in the highest rated series in Bravo EVER so they deserved to get paid and spend their money like they want.

Funky Dineva has always mentioned in his personal RHOA episode reviews that the relationship between Porsha and Phaedra comes across very weird and contrived, and I'm starting to agree. I think that the two share very little in common, but that they've just sort of fallen into each other and stuck with it. I've observed that Phaedra dilutes her personal perspectives when around Porsha; hell she's almost become Porsha. I'm like I know you're the frack to her frick but since when were you ditsy too? What I can respect from characters like Nene is that Nene is going to give it to you straight with no chaser. What kind of friend would sit there and approve of their single friend buying a 10 thousand square foot home with no children and no real need for a home that big? I know Nene would have gave her the honesty needed to reconsider these irrational decisions. I just think there's a huge difference between supporting your friend and watching them make outright dumb decisions with thumbs up. Porsha thinks that living in a huge house will motivate her to fill it up, and that to me just sounds really unhealthy mentally. I think the demise of their proclaimed "friendship" that is routed in their disdain for fellow cast-mates will be shown on this 4 part reunion on Sunday. In the words of Phaedra herself, "fix it JESUS!"
