Recently listed in Old Bullhead straight across the river from Harrah’s casino is a double Commercial lot for 118,000 on Long Ave. between 2nd and 3rd Streets. Great investment, the only thing better is Commercial lots between 1st and 2nd streets on Long Ave. Reason? The City of Bullhead are building a commercial launch ramp with an outlet on Long and First streets, completion set for summer of 2022.

Went to the same Harrah’s Laughlin. I forgot which tower but the first time I went there it wasn’t that good. They didn’t have any hot water until the next day! Overall, it was a great experience in Laughlin and Bullhead City! So beautiful!
Another fun fact about that visit to Laughlin: It made me wanna move there when I turn 21! During the meantime, I will save as much money as possible, get a better job that has much better pay, learn to drive, and learn more about Nevada in general.
Stumbled onto your channel yesterday. I get caesar junket offers monthly for Laughlin, and never considered it. Seeing it's on the river and a beach, and a burger menu under $30 LOL, it could be a nice alternative to the strip. Thanks.

Thank you for the video and the tour of Harrah’s. I’m going to Laughlin in 2 weeks and I have no clue where to stay. The reviews of just about every hotel are not positive. Old, tired and bugs in the rooms seems to be the norm. Not very enticing. I stumbled upon your video and was so glad. Thanks for the info. It definitely helped.
Glad it was helpful! I was pretty straight forward about this one. It's old, but in our experience, clean. The North elevator is the slowest and gets very busy because it is the least expensive tower. We try to avoid the busy times at the elevator, check in / out times and dinner. Early morning, mid day and late night is fine. The casino is fine too, not vegas, but fine and drink service is pretty fast. I do like that the beach is there and that there are two pools. That’s the only place I stay when I go to Laughlin I love the beaches out front food is wonderful service is pretty good yes it is an older hotel but it’s still my number one choice

I Stayed in This Hotel in July in 2009 in North Tower Tower 3 I Like Much This Hotel The Casino and Restaurants,The Rooms,The Pool and The River Good Hotel Video.
2009, wow! Did they have three towers back then? We have stayed in the North before, but prefer the South and Central because they have refrigerators and the elevators in the North Tower seem to always be slow, lol! We still love it there though and are currently planning another trip for November! Aloha, Sebastian
The real financial opportunity is buying property directly across the river from Harrah’s next to the Community Park. A lot of future growth is on the drawing board.
I live across the river in Bullhead. This was a very well done documentary of the local area and Harrah's. (I would, in the future, ditch the horrible music in the middle of this video. It sounds like someone trying to sing on a recording running way too fast and is very annoying) The info was "dead on" and well put.

@@NinthIslandConnection Life in Bullhead is great! My motorcycle had a breakdown passing through town in 1979 and I just decided to stay. Worked here for the USPS for 30 years. Best breakfast in town is Coyote's. Great everything. A wonderful Italian restaurant is Meoni's. (hope I spelled that right) We love watching all of your terrific videos. Later
Not only is it at one far end of the strip but it's also up on a hill you basically have to walk uphill through a parking garage and then you can start making your way to the middle of the strip or you have to water taxi it which eventually shuts down around 10:00 pm. Nice property as long as you don't want to be at six other places that evening without driving.

For all the trash talk, it has the river and a beach. If the Vegas strip had that, there would be double the tourists. They just need to master plan market and develop it. Give people a reason to come besides just losing slots lol...

I use to go in the 80'd 90' and the pontoon boats runs between casinos and bullhead for free unlimited.

Harrahs in Laughlin was the scene of an MC club fight between rival MC clubs in 2002 during the Laughlin River Run.
I remember watching a documentary about that. The town does feel like the type of place that would happen in.
