I dont belive in certification but you can go for CSM or PSM both have value so that your resume can be selected but main is gaining knowledge over subject👍

There is need of JIRA by all roles but learning only JIRA will not help. You need to see on what role you want to use JIRA whether you want to become Scrum Master, PO, developer or tester. JIRA is a tool to facilitate Project Management and SDLC process.
Tester test cases kis par likhte hai user story,epic ya task pe.
Thanks for watching. Test cases are written under the Task which you make in User Story. In user story you will help PO to write test scenerios which you want to cover for this story and then when spring starts you will write Test cases in Task.
Task yani test cases jo hum tester task ke andar likhte hai. aur sub task kya hota hai
