I just wanted to say I noticed there was gaskets on the old crossover pipe and I didn't see you putting new gaskets on the new crossover pipe, just hope that's not something to be concerned about 😅@lmfscrew
The Dorman part looks slightly different because that’s what they do… they upgrade and resolve factory parts issues and make them better!! Dorman is an incredible company, that said LARRY needs more screen time… looking forward to a video featuring LareBear!! Keep up the incredible work!! 👍
Thanks for the video once again, love the content, I may have to look into this on my own truck. I've been having that mysterious coolant loss coming from somewhere, and I know I already replaced all of my heater hoses, but it has never ran hot like yours did, and I haven't had to replace my water pump for now (at least, not yet).
I wish youtubers would stop freaking out every time they have to vlog in the wind. The noise is not NEARLY as bad as you think it's going to be. Just go on with making great content. We know the wind blows.
Hey bud. Uk what based engine your looking at your looking at a Ls based engine they started using it around the 03 year any Chevy truck 02-03 will have a Ls based engine they are super easy to work on and replacing a head gasket wouldn't be a hard thing to do the (the engine won't fall out of time) like the ford ohc engines do. They are significantly harder to cam cause a tight spot to work
Went ahead and replaced mine new line, gasket, orings and still leaking took it off threw on permatex rtv silicone and still leaking! Any recommendations?
I may need to check mine cause I have coolant loss also but truck doesn’t overheat and it over a longish period of time I may need to check the same spot also… I wonder if it’s the same on 2000 Silverado
my truck needs this same thing glad to see its as simple as i thought it would be!
Thanks for the video, I never knew the crossover pipe would go bad. If I ever have a coolant loss issue I will look at that part closely.👍
At least Betty's not being bad...
Betty could be soon. Hopefully not but in his last video with Betty his oil pressure was below 20 psi.
That take off was love😭😭💪🏽keep up the good vids man
Question what is the amount you pay in insurance and overall cost of all the trucks
Absolutely love the channel man. Been here for a couple years. Have an 01 GM myself
Thanks man!

Have you ever thought about getting a bed cover for chomper

Very good truck

What is the left hose that’s attached to the throttle body? I see that the one you replaced is on the right side of the throttle body

The golden ratchet 😍😍

My water pump was leaking but it would run down the engine and drip into the crossmember and not leave a puddle so maybe check that
@@jonthelamb4549 appreciate its, will check kinda hard to tell cause my valve covers leak and it’s caked in crud
Just wondering where do you get your exhaust from
Is there any way you can lead me in the direction where you got the chrome door molding
If you bought torque wrenches you could write them off as business expenses.
Chomper needs the shield smacked
you should turbo it
Floor mats you use in chomper ??
its much easier to find if you pressurize the coolant system
i never knew big betty was a 2 wd, kind of disappointing
Keep up the good work👍.
Put a super charger on chomper
