Really enjoyed hearing your thoughts on your (or our 😉) lineup. And I feel you on the temptation of the olive tn! And I agree with you: in a sense everything is memory keeping. I have sketchbooks for example that i kept for study purposes, but when I flip through them now, I remember quite a bit about that season of my life.
the way i giggled at the "our" 💜 ugh yes, the olive TN is just calling to me and im trying so hard to avoid listening to it's siren song !! let's see how long i last... yes! literally everything is a memory keeper. i keep monthly music playlists and i can remember moments i was listening to those songs even if it happened years ago. it's amazing the connection our brains make. but i wouldn't think to remember those things unless i came across them.

I just wanted to personally comment that when I speak out loud, I also use "we" XD. Your video is incredibly inspirational for how I want to approach in tracking and recording my personal lifestyle like hobbies, language learning etc. since I've settled my productive/working system in my Hobonichi Cousin!

3:04 This cover is just something else. At first I saw fish and that was a bit confused, but the longer I look at it, the more I like it.
5:17 do you get sometimes feeling, when pages are dated, you HAVE to wright? I think that’s the main reason why dated planners don’t work for me. No planner is going to tell me what to do! (Apart from cases when I am writing myself things that I have to do)
8:17 Oh, just full pages of text. There is appeal in that. I have my notebook for courses etc, and it’s just text with occasional highlighting and I just love to flip pages on it. It’s so satisfying.
9:39 Same love-hate relationship that I have with my finance planner. I want and need to keep it, but it’s just not always on my cards. I think, because it’s mostly raw data, just collection of information. Not much you can add there really.

13:21 Aren’t you tempted to include much more than you need in ring planner? There are so many pretty set ups, where it’s 90% decoration, and the rest is actual planning/records.
I love your TN videos. I miss my TN, but it’s not working for me. But it has so many benefits! You have separate notebooks for each task, but if you need to go somewhere, you have only one notebook to grab. You can fit as much as you want in it (stickers, paper media, photos, tickets etc) because there are so few pages (compared to other planners), that you will not carry all the bulk with you whole year. And aesthetically it looks much better than many other planners. Specially with time.
You are saying ‘we’ because you invited us on this exciting planner journey. We are all in it together now 😂

- it honestly is crazy how fast time is flying by. i don't understand how it goes faster and faster every year. someone hit the pause button pls
- 😂 the fish cover is a print I got from an artist I follow on patreon and I liked it so much I added it into the clear cover. but it is a bit jarring at first - that fish eye stare haha
- yes, I definitely feel that way. even when I tell myself "it doesn't have to be related to the date" it throws me off. i don't very much like dated notebooks either unless I'm using it for planning. but for journaling and memory keeping I keep proving to myself that dated doesn't work for me
- yessss !!! it's so satisfying to just flip through pages where it's just blocks of text. idk why but its the best to look at
- I KNEW someone would realize about the sleeves so I'm glad I mentioned it 😅
- yes!! i feel like there's so many options to the ring planner that I get overwhelmed. that might be why I keep avoiding setting it up
- I do really love the TN system for all the reasons you stated. but I also get how sometimes it wouldn't be the most convenient. right now it's what's working for me but it might not later on.... here's to hoping I'm still going strong with them by the end of q2
