julio cesar aguilar gabino ...no es PC, y si es posible jugando normalmente. Para hacer esto necesitas jugar la versión Japonesa (NTSC-J) o Europea (PAL). Lo q pasa es que en la version Norteamericana (NTSC-U), el pinche pinguino es bien lento igual que el osito polar y tigrito. No se porque hicieron esto. En realidad no es justo para los que juegan la versión Norteamericana. Pero, si vives en Norte o Suramerica, consiguete un console Japonés o modificado para jugar esta versión Japonesa y verás (tendrás que poner el codigo para desbloquear el Pinguino). Un console Europeo no te sirve en las Americas por lo de la frequencia de la electricidad (50Hz en Europa vs. 60Hz en las Americas). En Japón usan 60Hz asi que por eso vez este jugando la versión Japonesa. Pero no te miento. Yo tengo un console Japonés y casi puedo hacer todo lo q este hace. Me falta el salto de la grama q es dificil, y los 2 saltitos que hace de inmediato despues de la grama. Pero si doy la vuelta, si puedo llegar a la grada larga de arriba, saltar 2 veces y hacer el ultimo shortcut de la pared a la meta. Sin broma.

Si tú lo usas, y utilizas los turbos seguidos, estos le darán una velocidad muy alta por un tiempo. De ahí que pueda moverse tan fácil por el pasto. Inténtalo, es genial jugar con el.

Hola a todos, soy Peruano y mi record en esta pista es de 1:13 con tantos milisegundos... Veo algunos comentarios sobre la velocidad en el pasto que hay en el video... La explicacion es esta: No requiere que sea ni norteamericana ni japonesa el play 1.. Ni tiene que ver nada por que es un emulador en pc ni nada de trucos como salto alto... El punto para sacar esta velocidad casi anormal es no perdiendo el turbo que se genera al ejecutar los 3 turbos que puedes hacer con l1 y r1 nada mas... Para que vean un ejemplo de los que les digo, busquen en youtube en la pista de sewer speedway esa pista que parece de drenajes..

How do you get the shortcut near the end? Is there a certain spot to jump from? Do you have to press something for it to jump higher? It seems my jump isn't enough to for the car to reach the wall :3
Without speed, this is impossible, you got to get speed before, but before is just a lil path, so you need to prepare even before, he can do this because his speed is so high through the whole course and he won't lose it at any point. (this counts for many shortcuts)

... you obviously haven't read the official specs for Penta on NTSC-U version. He is as slow as Pura and Polar, beginner spec, not 'similer to Crash'. There's no arguing this point.
the engine sound doesnt neccessarily mean penta is equal to crash. pentas engine sound like crash because his speed relative to accel and turn is equal
So annoyed, one the ps1 Europe version, made the final short usually around 26:00 and the game won't register that I finished the lap ;( and I that wasn't even a fully polished lap so I think I would be close enough to this!

Gustavo Salazar ...la version PAL y la version NTSC-J (Japón) permiten super velocidad. La versión NTSC-U (Norteamericana) es donde Penta es lento.

Pretty much handling character are the most reliable in CTR with max speed boost AND turning makes others pretty much irrelevant.
