Fabledom offers an accessible and intuitive way of playing City builders, the game is easy to pick up and play for anyone but can still offer a challenge for more experienced players thanks to its difficulty settings.
Set in a strange world where Fairytales become reality, you will witness the growth of your village; follow your citizens’ lives and watch the rise and fall of your relationships with the neighboring kingdoms.

Sparing Bob the tree to later build coal makers and sawmills for him to witness his brethren slaughtered, burned and mutilated might be a worse fate than just being chopped down

I like the fantasy elements of this city-builder; after all, it's a game and should be fun!
In my headcanon, Actor Guy playing to cardboard cutouts is doing a dress rehearsal. He wants to be perfect before opening night.
I'm loving this play, one can only hope to witness the evil you're to bring upon such good hearted, well natured fae folk
like this series, but also please, when foundation reaches 1.0, make a full proper campaign. this game I do like very much too.

The Graphics repel me - it's like Banished without the nice visuals- sorry OPB
I think that if you remove the paradigm of “realism,” these cartoony graphics fit well with the fantasy themes of the game storyline.
That said, yes, if I designed this game, I would have rendered the graphics differently… but I don’t design games. The game mechanics seem well programmed, and I’m sure you could mod in a different set of textures if it really bothers you.
I am just happy OPB shares the great fun he has playing these games, and am less concerned with developers’ choices in graphic designs.
