Honda Rebel 500 Modification, DIY Custom Bobber Fender from PVC Tube

Make a custom bobber fender for Honda Rebel 500 from PVC tube using only hand tools, no welds.
This fender can be use for any bobber style modification/customization with 130-150mm tire.
The material used are 1 meter of 180mm PVC tube, 1 meter of 1cm aluminium rod, 30cm of 16mm aluminium pipe, elbow plate, bolts and nuts, spray paint, putty, and baking soda and glue for knitting.

@@matthewryan2048 I’m planning to make one for the front, but not using pvc tube. Now I’am preparing a mold for carbon fiber or fiberglass material. Let’s see where it goes

Saya sedang siapin cetakan untuk spakbornya Mas. Rencananya mau bikin mock up pake fiberglass dan carbon fiber. Kalo berhasil nanti saya masukin ke toko ijo. Kalo untuk Rebel 500 mesti lepas subframe dan pasang breket jok aftermarket.
