Honda CB400ND Super Dream - Walk Around and Short Ride Out (Classic Motorcycle)

In this video, we do a walk around and short ride out of the big brother of the Super Dream family, the CB400N. This is the 400ND variant, the 'Deluxe'. This one is from 1981, is in pretty good condition, with pattern silencers and pattern front mudguard. It sounds great, has much more of a growl than the 250N that I owned recently and, of course, plenty more power.

Was close to buy one but ended up with a -81 CM400T instead and I don`t regret. Looks a lot better and runs the same

I rebuilt a 400 a few years back from boxes of bits. My neighbour saw it and wanted to buy it straight away. I think he had one back in the day. I test rode it for a couple of days to make sure it was all ok and sold it to him. Theyvare reliable bikes just as dull as ditch water,but if want to ride a reliable bike from A to B they are perfectly!

Nice bike. I had the earlier model 'dream' 400. Rode it nearly every day for over 12 years. My lad rode pillion on it as soon as he could. Great bikes.

Can CB250N be converted to CB400N engine wise? Would the lower half engine of 250N be compatible with 400N upper half?

Honda simple ohc design equal reliability and cheap to run n maintain.
