That's a great idea the way you welded those screws to the pipe and connected the wheels was a good idea. Thank you for sharing your video .
Great job. I also have one for my bike. My frame extends past the wheels, so it supports the wheels on both sides of the axel, more support for heavy loads and stops the wheel getting caught in stuff when going on forest trails.

The most important part is showing how it is attached to the rear wheel. Making a cart is just easy, that's it!
The wheel axles will not resist at 20--30kg load.It will bend up and the wheels wil not be paralel for long time.
I will add some support bracing to the sides

Nice Job when I built mine butted the boards closer together that way there is no big gaps in the trailer floor for stuff to fall threw.

How did you attach the wheels to the cart? Did you make new bushings for the wheels so a bolt or smooth round axle could be used?
If you dont hook up the trailer hitch bar centered on back of bike, you will have the cart flip over when turning as cart wheels hits edge of curb or crack to flip over and you need to stop asap . It may seem centered but the physics of hook up needs to be precise and why they make them hitch locks. If cart is heavy and flip over you will damage a part on bike. It is also why they make them suspension springs in case it do happens the cart and bike be not damaged as a failsafe.. But good luck and be safer then sorry on DYIs

The whole idea is to be used to transport a roll from the store... but I would make it stronger... first of all, the wheels should not be screwed in like that, only on a fixed axle... and more supports In a frame... but that's okay

Нагрузку никакую не выдержит. Над подшипниковой частью нависли проблемы. Обвод колеса трубой необходим.

that's a bracket for the chain tensioner of a motorized bike. I've just repurposed and make it the bracket for the trailer

@@tsongph677 Main FRAME can be Iron, rest make it of good pvc pipe to make it Lighter as it is hard to pull the weight. Put a controller, HUB motor & a battery with solar Panel For continuous Charge then it will be real Cargo Cart. Expense will be around 15 k

i skipped through it just to see how the swivel mechanism worked, as that is key to its functionality. not much footage of that. it looks like it won't be able to make sharp turns without flipping or breaking the welds

Creo que esta mal diseñado, al tener dos ruedas tiene que tener una rotaciónaliniada con el centro del carro, es decir que pasa si hay un pozo pero solo lo pisa una sola rueda, el carro no lo puede copiar porque solo tiene bisagra en los ejes X y Z.

Those wheels will eventually snap off, if they haven't already. You need to support them with either a full axle or forks on the side. Bad design.

A good builder, would've scraped the zinc on the galvanized electrical conduit, to bare steel around the weld area, before welding.
You conveniently jumped the wheel axle attachment construction part. The wheels will bend or break the nut you welded on to the axle, when you load the trailer with a 20+ Kg load.
It's obvious you have no respect for safety or understanding of mechanical loads.

Welding, in sandals, no welding gloves, likely no welding mask. Shorts. OSHA would climb all over you, and your shop, AND, your employer, if you were doing that here in the United States.
Everyone does that when they weld except for the people working in factories

Depending on what gauge of steel he's using there is some square tubing that don't weigh much. I took apart one of those school projections carts that don't weigh much that could be reused into a bike cart.
Steel is good enough. You used thing tubing so the weight is reasonable. Just don't have too big a load.
