Excellent quality carry-on luggage at a reasonable price.
The only potential problems I see are:
1- it weighs too much (10 pounds is almost 1/3 -1/2 of the allowable weight)
2- solid metal (aluminum) suitcases are not flexible. Sometimes you need to ‘massage’ the carry-on luggages in order to make them fit into the overhead compartments.
3- they are a bit attention grabbing, and hence are subject to higher chances of official scrutiny or unwanted attention by thieves.

Seems like it would be relatively weatherproof. But it didn't have any rubber gaskets so it's probably not water tight forever

Good luck contacting this company. None of their numbers work and they just hang up on you. My wife’s suitcase never arrived and we needed to contact them to find out why. Apparently their customer service is a abysmal.
