    3 tablespoons oil
    1 onion, finely chopped
    3 chiles
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    1 tsp of ginger powder
    1 tsp mild curry powder
    1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
    4 large carrots, scrubbed, topped, tailed and grated
    1 tablespoons tomato
    canned baked beans
    1 tsp thyme
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    You can serve it Cold or Hot
