Even water can poison you if you drink too much in one sitting. I'm a Muslim but I'm still far from being completely confident in my knowledge regarding the religion. The arguments you made in this video were extremely illogical, and at times disrespectful. Most of the arguments you had against the religion were moral arguments. And I can understand why being brought up in certain cultures or parts of the world can lead you to feel that way, but it's important to understand that ultimately the sense of morality you were brought up with is subjective. Objective morality cannot exist outside of God. And if God was the creator of everything, then he's the creator of "good" and "bad" as well, and he gets to decide what each of them is. So, moral arguments are completely ineffective at proving that Islam is wrong. If you want to do that, you'd have to disprove claims made by the religion to show that it has mistakes, and you have not done that in this video. Additionally, it makes complete sense for a higher being (God) to see how things are harmful to us humans when we are not aware of their harm. Many of the arguments that you made were extremely illogical, and I won't try to address every single one. But the one that stuck out to me the most was the one regarding alcohol. Just because Christians drink alcohol doesn't make it okay, and doesn't make it okay for Muslims to do it either. Christians have different beliefs, as we Muslims have different beliefs. Alcohol has many negative effects with EXTREMELY minimal benefits to make up for it.

Science and Islam are not a contradiction. Feminism and Islam also are not a contradiction. I think not anyone who is born a muslim really studied the book and some who are muslim aren’t it by heart but by social expectations etc. so it’s important to reflect and search for different sources to learn. You reproduce a lot of stereotypes that can be „solved“ with more knowledge about the topic. I can understand your experience with Islam may be different than mine and that we have different cultures and you may have more social pressure, but I think that you can not only blame the religion for how people use it to oppress or manipulate or pick only things they like. Humans are sinners and will make mistakes. In Quran these people who are using religion to harm others or force their religion onto them are btw also highly criticized, it’s not a thing that is encouraged.

1.) Anything can be "poison" if you consume too much of it. Even water can poison you if you drink too much in one sitting. Unless you have some particular health condition, alcohol is not "poison" if you have the mental health and self-discipline to not drink in excess, like most people who drink alcohol do.
2.) That's quite a generalization. There are husbands that are abused by their wives. Also, what about wives who are domineered by their husbands? Abuse has nothing to do with the genders of the parties involved. Whether it's a man and a woman, a man and another man, or a woman and another woman, all have the capacity to either be very wonderful or very abusive relationships. Homophobic moral codes do nothing to mitigate abuse.
3.) No, people are not generally treated negatively for wearing a gold ring (other than assuming the person is married). Or gold necklace. Or gold watch. Or whatever else. Yes, if you're covered all over in jewelry that'll get some eyebrows but it's the same thing as the alcohol argument, excess. It's not the thing itself that's bad, it's doing that thing excessively.

As an ex Muslim myself it's really hard to have your voice be heard without suffering the consequences, back when i was still questioning all i got were people shutting me off or giving me nonesense answers, it really ticked me off and it got worse when I tried finding answers on CZcams, most would reinterpret verses from the quran to try and fit whatever problematic things the quran had, anyway I hope there comes a time where we can exist without fear of muslims who takes things too far or from governments that jail or kill apostate

The arguments you made in this video were extremely illogical, and at times disrespectful.
Most of the arguments you had against the religion were moral arguments. And I can understand why being brought up in certain cultures or parts of the world can lead you to feel that way, but it's important to understand that ultimately the sense of morality you were brought up with is subjective. Objective morality cannot exist outside of God. And if God was the creator of everything, then he's the creator of "good" and "bad" as well, and he gets to decide what each of them is. So, moral arguments are completely ineffective at proving that Islam is wrong. If you want to do that, you'd have to disprove claims made by the religion to show that it has mistakes, and you have not done that in this video.
Additionally, it makes complete sense for a higher being (God) to see how things are harmful to us humans when we are not aware of their harm.

Tbh I am confused. I am about to revert and had many questions like these. I have got my answers although I haven’t my family or a big muslim society for that. Many things you mention are highly cultural influenced, not per se Islam. Science and Islam are not a contradiction. Feminism and Islam also are not a contradiction. I think not anyone who is born a muslim really studied the book and some who are muslim aren’t it by heart but by social expectations etc. so it’s important to reflect and search for different sources to learn. You reproduce a lot of stereotypes that can be „solved“ with more knowledge about the topic. I can understand your experience with Islam may be different than mine and that we have different cultures and you may have more social pressure, but I think that you can not only blame the religion for how people use it to oppress or manipulate or pick only things they like. Humans are sinners and will make mistakes. The reason why I had cognitive dissonance before left Islam and why I ignored all these ( and more ) heinous rules and verses was because I was scared to leave, same with my friends who also are still Muslims but ignore these verses, cognitive dissonance is hell to deal with. But you weren't born in a Muslim family in a Muslim nation where you were indoctrinated and brainwashed from a young age, so why revert to a bad religion. There's so many beliefs you can have so many other religions that are peaceful ( abrahamic religions and also Hinduism are pretty bad don't look there ) if you wanna be more spiritual then there's other ways to do it then join a religious cult. You have been tricked by modern society that equality is fairness, but in reality equality is not fair, and god does not strive for equality because people are not equal, in reality equity is true fairness. Equality: two men get put into a cage with a wolf, one man is very small weak and short and the other is 200 cm tall and extremely well built, both are given a short sword to fight and kill the wolf, because they are treated equally
Equity: the same two men are in a cage with a wolf, but the short and weak man is given a long spear to make up for his weakness and short height and the tall welk built man is given a big hammer or axe to appropriately use his strength
In the case of equality you treat both of them the same even though they are NOT the same, in equity you give each what he needs. But humans have been blinded and will sometimes say “why did he get the spear? I want the spear” even though he doesn’t know that the weapon he got is much better for him. That’s because people don’t always want what is best for them. The same goes for men and women, women want to be equal to men and be treated like men, but in reality, men and women are different from each other. Just like a woman can complain and say “i want to work I don’t wanna sit at home with kids and cook” a man can also complain and say “why do i have to torture myself every day at work just so my family can live peacefully, why don’t i get to sit at home and play with my kids and cook delicious meals”

I dont think that either atheism or religion is objectively right or wrong, at least on moral terms, as long as religions weren't so oppressive or forceful.
