That means the firearm hit a carotid artery or a main artery that caused the death

And state troopers are very sparsely. Spread out through many miles of back roads with. I believe the closest trooper station is Brainerd Minnesota.

That’s why you literally have to be the most creative person or the person in the world that has a death wish to be a state trooper in Minnesota on back roads you go for miles and miles and miles where you could be 100 miles apart from your partner at times
