1.Heat sink installation:
When assembling, we must pay attention to the installation of the heat sink. After sticking the heat dissipation silicone on the heat sink, we will stick the side of the heat sink with the silicone on the power amplifier chip; pay attention to the metal shell of the heat sink must not be in contact with the surrounding components to avoid short circuit; finally, the roof board is pressed against the heat sink, and the heat dissipation through the roof board to achieve better heat dissipation effect.
2.Audio input mode switch:
When this product is not mounted on any external audio device, the default power is Bluetooth mode; if you mount an external playback device such as an AUX or USB disk, the default mode is AUX or J disk playback mode; switching audio mode can also be selected by APP, which is very convenient.
1) When AUX is playing, try to choose AUX line with shielding layer to reduce noise.
2) Try to use MP3 format for U disk playback. The sampling rate of WAV format must be less than 44100Hz. If the sampling rate is too high, it may not be able to play.
3) When using the function of USB ,most computer systems will switch USB sound card by default. If you can't switch it automatically, you can manually select the switch.
3.The power selection:
The power supply range of this product is 5-24VDC, compatible with the standard 5.5-2.1/2.5 power adapter plug, it is recommended to use the standard 12V/24V power adapter, the current output is more than 10A.
1) Select the power size and the use of the horn power related, such as the use of 8 ohm 100W horn, the use of 24V power supply, current at least 6A above; the current is too small, which may appear sound stagnation phenomenon, reduce the volume and the output power can solve this problem.
2) Power supply voltage can not be higher than 26V; higher than 26V, the circuit board will be burned.
3) If the amplifier board is restarted after the volume is turned up during the playback, it is caused by insufficient power supply, and the power supply with greater output current can be replaced.
4.Speaker selection:
This power amplifier can continuously output 100W x 2 power, 20W-200W speakers can be pushed, recommended to use 8 ohm or 4 ohm speakers. If the power is within 100W of the speaker, appropriate to reduce the power supply voltage (such as 12V power supply) or turn down the volume of the player; more than 100W of the speaker power supply voltage, the greater the better (26V).
5.The signal problem:
PCB antenna is used in this product, and the visual distance of connection can reach 15 meters without shielding. If you can't find bluetooth when using it, or if you can't connect bluetooth, it's a signal problem.
1) Always stay away from the router when using it.
2) Avoid using on metal countertops, which will affect the signal of PCB antenna.
3) Refit the speaker, if it is a metal shell, you must put the antenna out of the shell, and the metal will shield the signal.

Right, so I have been using this board (my first foray into arranging a setup on my own), based on suggestion by Sudhir ji.
He was pretty specific about the meethi awaj of this board and that's what I prefer myself.
I had posted a review earlier but this review I am sharing after extensively using this board with my Sony ss-rv990 speakers, Toshiba 19v (actually it's 21.3v) 8A laptop power supply..
And on top along with Spotify on iphone which I have set to stream at highest possible quality.
I have used equalizer settings in Spotify that has high and low freq set to above 80 percent...
Keeping the volume levels of the amp to around 50 to 60percent and volume levels of iphone at around 80prrcent.
The results are just awesome... The bass is great and so are the higher frequencies as well... Its such a pleasure to listen to my kind of music on it that I have again started giving may be 2 to 3 hrs a day to music listening...
The amplifier doesn't get hot at all even when I play at higher volumes ( the speakers can't really handle the preamp (Spotify in iphone) and the amp combination at higher volumes as they just can't handle that much bass.
I had followed the directions by Sudhir ji to the T, selected Power supply, applied the heat sink and using it on a wooden surface...
The sinilink app I found to be not that useful though as you can do tweaking much better over the phone.
The crux is using Spotify with highest audio quality streaming and using the inbuilt Spotify equalizer to select best settings...
I am so impressed that I will be arranging another set of speakers and will be buying another class d amp based on Tpa3255 chip as advised by Sudhir ji,
I had lost interest in listening to music as I am not a fan of earphones or buds, kind of old fashioned in my preference in music systems...
Though I have said these things earlier as well but I am very pleased with this amp and would like to suggest all to try it along with Spotify to maximise the pleasure..

Basically, I have found an old 2.0 samsung cassete player boombox speaker box containing two drivers each, a 10 inch sub woofer, with a 4 inch mid driver. I would like to connect it parallely to this board. I have found out that this is the board to go with for a 2.0 setup and it is your favorite one.

Question: I bought this item from Inkocean. There was no double-sided tape in the box. Can I use any other double-sided tape, or is it a special heat-conducting tape that will not get damaged by the heat generated by the power amp chip?
You can not use any normal double sided tape...you can use heatsink directly on ic using heatsink compound in between

Dear Sudhir ji, I am enjoying the XY T100L as per your advise and directions. A Friend also wishes to have a similar board that is 2.0, and may be 125x2 or 150x2 wattage... And pre-assembled with casing and all like this board.
Can you suggest some good amplifier in that range...
I would also like to suggest and request you to share more amplifiers that are pre assembled in a case so that newbies and noobs like us who are just audiophiles and don't have much of technical expertise can benefit...
XY T100L came with all fittings, screws, heat sink, top bottom plates, knobs, power plug and even a screwdriver... No hassel fantastic board and awesome quliaty... So please do share similar boards as well...

After giving a lot of thought, I have arranged my setup..
With XY T100L, I am using an original Toshiba 19v 6.8A, (actually it gives 21+ V) power adaptor, and instead of getting a new pair of bookshelves I have purchased SONY SS-RV990, SPEAKERS, incidentally I had the same music system (MHC-RV50) which I had given away last Diwali, and had to arrange the speakers of that same model again from a dealer after a lot of searching...
If I had come to your channel back then I would have saved some money.
Anyways the speakers have following specifications

The speakers can handle continuous power at 140 watts per speaker.
And I am pretty happy with the response of deep low bass and pretty decent highs ( would have appreciated a bit more responsive highs though, but I am happy).
I feel the combination of Spotify, it's equaliser in ios app along with the amp and the speakers.. The result is great, awesome deep bass even at low volumes... Tbh with the Spotify equaliser tuned at max highest and lowest frequencies, I have to keep the amps bass at 70 percent at higher volumes.. At low volumes I crank up the bass to 100% for that satisfyong lowest frequency thumps...

The age old itch of having a setup which can give lowest frequencies along with clear highs and mids has been somewhat satiated with your help... I will be buying another amp in the future based on your suggestions may be an AB TYPE.....

Bass and treble is great with this amplifire but it blocks mid frequencies. Aaawaj dabke aata hai... please iss ka koi solution bataiye? Sir class D ke amp me mp3 module laga k fm chalao to koi station catch nahi karta hai usi same module ko class AB ya other amp me laga do to achha khasa fm chalne lagta hai aisa kyu hota hai aur iska solution kya hai class D amp k liye

May be because of interferance . Class D amp ko shield kare chalaiye.

Data sheet ka first page dekhiye. Apne speaker ke according power supply dena padega.
