Sir, I'm getting difficulty in understanding about the constants that what does Bxx means.
And what do the subscripts xx, xy, xz, xt stands for?
And while trying to find out the remained 16 constants, why are we specifying a co-ordinate by choosing firstly x-y plane, then y-z and x-z planes??

i have a doubt .please answer me as soon as possible.when the light is released from source in the michelson morley experiment ,light should have the velocity of "c+v" not "c" because we took earth to be in ether medium.where "v" to be the velocity of the earth.
