  • In part two of our interview with CGTN's anchor Peninah Karibe she SHARES how she was caught in the middle of a gun battle while covering the coup that happened in the Central Africa Republic in 2013.
In March 2013 a coalition of rebel groups - Séléka - led a violent coup in the Central African Republic (CAR), ousting the former President François Bozizé from ten years in power and instating the new President Michel Djotodia.

PK is awesome and I really like the passion and allegiance she has to Africa. I look at people like Tucker Carlson, Lex Fridman Candace Owens, and the entire Daily Wire crew and I think she can make much more impact like they are doing. I think she has built a great name (brand)and extensive networks for herself that may enable her to kick some ass if she considers going that route. Me thinks.

It might be scary and she does all this in passion. I really pray that we Africans would just understand how blessed we are. Rich continent we just need love and to open our eyes.

Kudos y’all made it but few notes kutokana na kuishi hapa majuu in bad neighborhoods you learn gun safety and prevention strategies always lay low, crawl or move in a low/ fetal stance flat on ground minimizes your chances of being a victim to stray bullets/ identification and keep conversations to the minimum mostly advices to use hand signals kakinuka and maintain your compuser and motion do not move from the frying pan into the fire without a strategy wether tactically equipped or not but most of all!!! Do not fold under pressure keep composure (hii ya mwisho ndio Mimi ilinishinda )😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
