I'm an army combat veteran I had an ex-girlfriend who was a Navy Seabee veteran although she was pretty tough for a female she used to get violent and punch me show me the walls Push Me Down the only reason I didn't fight back as I know she would get me arrested.
In 2 seconds I could have snapped her in half. A lot of women think they're tough because the guy won't fight back but it's because the guy is smart and knows that the police and the court system will wreck his life

I owned a martial arts studio, my partner and I were approached by a group of women wanting to know if we taught self defense classes for women for their daughters going to college. We talked about it and said we could put together a program. When these girls came in with their moms we had a screen where we would play videos showing self defense techniques for women. We quickly drilled it with them and then asked them to attempt the technique... We immediately ragdolled them to the mat and overwhelmed them so they could feel the real difference in strength. We told them that's what was gonna happen any time they tried any of that nonsense. We then gave them some practical advice on situational awareness, how to avoid putting themselves in danger, etc and sent them on their way with no charge.

A woman assaulted my sister at a music festival, she was in her 20s at least, I was about 19 and my sister was around 13. My sister didn't do a thing, we were just walking to the car and this woman just grabbed her by the hair and started hitting her. Psychedelics and shit are a huge thing at this particular festival. We were with a group of about 15 friends, so lots of witnesses, and I though fuck it, and hospitalized her. She was also charged with assaulting a minor and a couple other things.

I can see how men often have the advantage over women in direct competitions, but when that woman was wrestling with the little boy, it looked more like she was taking on a teaching role and not wrestling with her full strength, which is to be expected as she’s an adult and her opponent is a literal child. Losing on purpose to a child you’re instructing who does the moves right is something that teachers do. It’s good sportsmanship.

My son had to unnecessarily get traumatized by having to face a female during a sparring match. The MMA gym tought that because he was not “trained” she could take him and inspite of him being reluctant and me warning them about his brute strength and speed been too much for her they forced him to face off. Match lasted less than an earthequake, with my son dashing, lifting her up in the air with a football tackle and slamming her against the mat. Not funny when since he was a boy he waz trained to not hit a woman under any circumstances. She was left with a concussion, him in tears and me taking my business to a different gym. We need to recognize that there is a difference.

My sister went to Berkeley , surprise surprise , and became extremely feminist. One thing she was absolutely convinced is that men and women were physically equal. So she tried to put that theory to the test with me, her brother. Since at the time I haven’t worked out at all and she did, I’ll end up learning mainly cardio, she thought she could take me. Unsurprisingly I won, I grabbed both her wrist when she swung and her leg when she tried kneeing me I clamped down on her leg with my thighs and pushed her down. I told her 2 things that in a regular circumstances women can’t beat men and that I was actively trying not to hurt her. Luckily she mellowed out of her extreme feminist views afterwards

In jr. high, there was a chick who liked to bully my sister. She was a bit taller and stronger than her and was on the girl's basketball team, roughly my size and weight as me at the time. I would usually walk with my sister home from school so she wouldn't be alone.

She went from anger to fear in an instant. She was all scrapped up and dusty after and I just remember my sister and I leaving and not talking about it for a week or two after.
I was so surprised at how strong I seemed. I have a twin brother and guy friends and we would spar and had been in fights with older guys before and never considered myself really a tough guy.
All I can say is my sister never had an issue with her after. And, I will say, the girl who bullied her didn't say anything about it either, which I was actually really worried about and relieved that she didn't.
All I can say is: 9.9/10 a guy will win in a real fight with just about any woman. I'd say it's awful if the man is in the wrong, but if a lady starts throwing hands it's because they have never been hit back.

When I was in high school, two women in my class were black belts in Taekwondo. They didn't like that I was helping children who were being bullied by them. They planned to beat me and strip me naked, but they didn't know that I was a boxer.

When I was in 4th grade I had to wrestle a girl in a local boys wrestling tournament who was in 8th grade. I didn’t want to wrestle her but my coach explained to me that up until now she’s been getting freebies, winning her matches and climbing the ranks by default as no boy was willing to wrestle her. “It’s just wrong”my coach said, “They’re taking advantage of the fact she’s a girl” he didn’t like this one bit and told me that “this stops now, and this stops with you!!!” I went in and completely rag dolled her into submission had to be under 15-20 seconds.
