@@RunIQ_ 5k from 19:05 to 17:59. Then Marathon the hills in 3 hours 12 min. Run all the way like on springs.
@@RunIQ_ Then first time I tested, I thought WOW, they are insane. Now my easy run from 4:50 to 4:30 km pace.
I preferred the alphafly 1 over its succesors - I'm not sure but it might be the drop. I also like the Metaspeed line... also a lower drop
Metaspeed is great! And yeah, it might be the drop with the Alpha!
This shoe a hard pass for me
Yea me too...I actually like Brooks but I think they should either strap this midsole and come up with another formula or bring the price down.
