In today’s ASMR video, you come to me for a makeover for the summer! In this first part, I do your hair and your make up. I'll post a second part where I present you a couple of outfits to finish the makeover.

ASMR was a life saver for me during both my pregnancies! I also feel for you with the hip pain... if you're not doing it already, sleep with a pillow between your knees :)

Be sure your hips are not sinking into a sagging mattress, bolster with folded blankets from below. Hope you're doing some gentle yoga for pregnancy, will help keep those major muscles stretched and toned : D

I usually use SPF 30 sunscreen -- Hawaiian Tropic
I don't think I have access to the Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen where I live, but SPF 30 is great protection! Good on you for wearing sunscreen 🌞🧴
May I ask what the hair spray in the beginning of the video is called?
I think it's the Schwarzkopf OSIS + Soft Glam saline spray! I've had it for a long time but I barely use it (it does smell really good though)
