My eyebrows raised at that Rex record. That label was only published in the UK from 1933 to 1948. Whistling Rufus is an early one, too....#8215, July of 1934.
You can actually imagine when the house was actually occupied by a family and how immaculate it would have been to how it is now, such a shame to see how it has fallen in to disrepair.
Awesome great place and the knock of the cabinet door is obvious that you were not alone 👻😁👍😉
2:43 The machine is a blender, with a removable jug. The thing in front is a smaller grinder for use with coffee beans or spices. Once the jug is removed, the small grinder sits on the base. Looks like Moulinex brand, common in this country in the eighties.
UJW 937Y is a re-registration.
I actually managed to find this place on Google lol it was occupied till at least 2008 as there's a news article from 09 saying it was burgled the year before. Seems he's always lived in this chaos if the one of news paper had any merit.
It amazes me how ppl just leave these homes and family don't claim them most are so beautiful and the old photos wouldn't someone want those? Thanks for what you do your channel is interesting
Nice old house creaking floorboards lol. Real pity someone could have made it a new home. Could see the American Pickers having a field day.
The Lorry is made by Ford, a Thames Trader, all the tractors look like Fords too, the machines in the barn are for milling or bruising corn for livestock feed.
The RK662 reg hanging up on wall was from a Jowett first registered Nov 1923 😀
@@chendaforest Yes. The vehicle is actually taxed until end of September 2021 and was first registered on 27 November 1923. I know the area it was registered in, but don't want to say in case it helps locate the property. The RK prefix was issued between December 1922 and June 1927.
You can use the Gov.uk site to check whether a vehicle is taxed and MOT'd. You can also look up the MOT history there as well. And there are books to find out where a vehicle was first registered and when it was first issued.
@@simonabbott7323 Interesting, thanks for the info. Yes its probably best not to reveal the area.
@@chendaforest nope not on Dvla website , I have a fascination with old cars and managed to get the information
That's He-Man's tiger! When his tiger turns all crazy! It's from the 80s!
The tractor in the yard was a Ford 3000 the first one in the field was a fordson major the other one was a Ford 6710 or a 7710 I think great vid such a shame it just rots away
Great explore! The wardrobe door could have opened because of the wonky floor. Stay safe!
At 12:34 that silver box with the two black knobs in front of the TV is a Duette model railway controller. I have one exactly the same of my sons train set.
I shat myself when you were filming the wardrobe door and it swung for a second time, took me a few seconds to realise it was your mate pushing it!
Fab video! I'm intrigued as to what books were in the drawer at 12 mins in. The swinging wardrobe was a distraction. Someone didn't want you to look at those books!
A hoarder is someone who collects everything. He was definitely a hoarder.
Great explore yes the house a bit creepy appreciate you wading through the nettles to show the vehicles thanks for that keep safe my friend xx
At least Godzilla looks like he's doing alright! - 0:58
Really cool explore. Love the antiques and old appliances & such. I'm gonna take some more looks to catch all I missed on first viewing. Be safe out there! 😁
Err, you're spooked by the wardrobe door and here I am thinking HELLO? BONES IN THE MATTRESS! 😱 what an awesome but scary place.
The lorry was a late 50s / early 60s FORD THAMES TRADER FLAT BED WITH DROPSIDES/ TAILBOARD very rare today , the Y reg plate on it was totally wrong , but it is well worth saving.
Thank's for this great house exploring . Been vacant for a lot of years . The family unlikely passed away . Have a great evening .
Great video again
The old lorry was last taxed in 1997, a Thames Trader .
And who was the third person with you ???
great video with an unbelievable lostplace. the music fits perfectly 😁 you have my subscription
UJW 937Y comes up as a 'Thames Trader' date of first reg is November 1982 but year of manufacture was 1966. Last tax due 1 May 1997. Google search of the Thames Trader brings up a lovely looking motor. What a shame it's rusted in a field.
Yes some object staging going on, like the recipe book in the pantry. Amazing explore again, the place was packed with history. Some decent furniture too, like the roll top desk and bureau.
This house must have been rotting away for absolute ages! I don't think I've seen a vinyl player like that yet either, pretty cool mate!
Such a good find! Some much history in that old farm! Would love to buy an old place like that! The tractors were Ford 3000, fordson diesel major and a Ford tw-25 I think! Some moneys worth of old stuff still laying about that house!
The first tractor is indeed a Ford, either a 2000 or a 3000. Somwhere between 1968-1975. The 2nd one is a Fordson major probably an e1a. The third one is possibly a ford 8700 or a 9700 if not a tw10 or tw20. It’s somewhere between 1976 and 1983 depending on whether it’s a tw or a 8 or 9700.
You catch more creepy stuff than Most Haunted tv show. 😂😂 Keep up the good work 👍👌
Bearded is best at this. Not heard the Thames Trader name for ages. Excellent video.
Amazing....furniture, news papers, books...history left its marks.
Another fab video. The records were pre-vinyl they’re shellac and the old 78’s 🤗
A great find with very interesting old stuff in there and a very nice old truck :-)
I do not comment much, but I enjoy watching your explorations very much. I really wish you would wear gloves and perhaps a mask of some sort while you're in these very old and Moldy places. Don't want you to get sick. Stay safe guys and Great find !! TY :-)
Excellent video as usual. Spooky old place. Great explore. 👍👍
Those records are called 78s.
The furniture is beautiful Victorian!
I looked up the grinder. It’s for animal feed.
Great video. So interesting! Thank you.
🇺🇸
That's quite strange isn't it. Nothing radioactive is it ? Great format as well as interesting. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us that watch your channel. Outstanding job sir.
Great video thanks for this. Maybe check the sell-by dates to ascertain when the place was last lived it. Newspapers can sit around for years or just get left by visitors long after the place was abandoned.
Really eerie house I totally felt someone was watching you and your mate. Cracking video as always!!! 🤘🤘
The cat was from He-Man his name was Battlecat
@@twobrokeguyz1214 I was born in 84 so many a morning was sat in front of the TV watching it.
my favourite was ThunderCats.
My son had one of those cat figures when he was a kid and all the he-man figures. I liked 'Skeletor' the best! Lol, 😄
Really the cat's name was Cringer and he converted into Battle Cat to accompany He-Man. 👍🏻
Tremendous hoarding paradise! In the home, some of the wooden furniture is worth saving! Please be careful, what a hazard!!! Be careful for animals, snakes & rats😳 Sadly the few pieces of salvageable items, probably will never be saved 😞 Thank you for sharing this epic find❤️
Who ever lived there, probably died, and then kids or even a few adults ransacked the house, leaving it looking like it does now, sad really though. But I agree, does have a spooky vibe too it. I believe in spirits etc so it is possible there is some still there. Love your videos - From Oklahoma City, OK.
Wardrobe door opened because you walked in there, floor would of flexed as you stepped through. Happy Halloween.
Exactly what I thought 👍 Glad I checked the comments to see if anyone else thought the same thing.
The tractor indeed look lijk a Ford. My uncle used to have one, and I drove it sometimes as a young teen. Same blue, same white stripes.
Well done boys some really good stuff 👏 it was worth the bad weather to see all this 👏
Great explore! That 2nd Ford tractor was from around 1980 I would say
Everyfink? That will be everything then.
You ol gear head! There were nice pieces of furniture is the place. But someone brought the much home! That's sad. Thank you for braving it, sharing the adventure.
What an interesting find.Looks like its been abandoned for some time.
The telephone isn't that old, haha. I remember them from being a teenager in the late 70s & early 80s & people having locks on them to stop children using them too much & creating massive phone bills.
Shame its been bloody ram sacked a bit but still a cool old house bro, great video
19:26 there probably the old stables...Lady must have been the horses name ✨
Loving the tractors 🚜. Nice one
Mk3 Cortina estate rear hatch?......nice and spooky my wife said, she's #1 today! 😁
Great explore, as always.
Absolutely wonderful video but how incredibly sad to see the place so knackered. Much of the wallpaper was 1950s, and furniture barely newer. Just kitchen appliances from the 80s and a few toys. I'd guess either older parents or grandchildren visiting for the toy time line. A really sad place this one 😔
Nice to see you got you're hair cut,
The truck is a Thames Trader, manufactured from 1957 to 1965. The records predate vinyl they are old 78s made from shellac and very brittle.
Wow, this one I heard every word you said without turning my volume up. It seems you do talk louder when someone is with you. lol. Another great video, thank you.
Another great exploring video 😂 I wish other explorers would use a gimbal like you! I have stopped watching many videos because of erratic filming techniques 👻👻
It's an old Wheat and corn Grinder, it took me a while. Do me a favor sir, I love researching the items Explorers can't figure out or year. If you could, when you come across something unusual especially a machine. Try to get the serial number, or model #. Just record a clear picture of it, and let me do the rest. When I find it, I will send it to you.
Loved the video.💕
Oh theres one of those wall mounted can openers. My nan had one of those.
it's He mans battle cat 80s Big thumbs up from me.
So much to say about this fabulous find - thanks for sharing.
The vinyl records were actually 78 's and I also spied a few singles - one of which was Apple record label the old Beatles record label.
In bed 2 one of the cupboards had a row of stone hot water bottles
There was so much to see I would like you to have explored the possibility of how long this had been abandoned perhaps you could have looked at the dates on the canned food or jams.
There could have been squatter that left the 2001 newspaper and stella cans but I think it had been abandoned since about the early 70's.
So enjoyable .Thanks B.E.
Stay safe especially in the new lock down.
Jan.
If it had been abandoned since then the tractors would be rusted into the ground
Cupboard door likely opened due to the floor pressure when you walked in with that massive crack in the wall no doubt, bit of a floor sinking. 🐨
12.02 duette controller on dressing table, thats for model trains and is from the 70's
Yeah, Hammont & Morgan made them, they also did single units and controllers fed from a seperate supply. Excellent quality.
Great explore
People would stay in the outbuildings like a b&b , and never leave ! That large grinding machine helped dispose of their bodies . Some victims were served to future guests in the form of pies , with the spices found in the kitchen added to make the "dish" more palatable . Others were simply buried in shallow graves , hence the uneven ground .
The old Tractor you want sure what make it was was a FORDSON MAJOR
And the Lorry is a Thames Trader I think very much like a Bedford TK
Watching from new Zealand ❤💘🇳🇿
I know that creepy feeling, let them know you mean no disrespect. When you are a humble man, a good heart and with no malice, nothing will and nothing can harm you... it's an old soul it feels embarrassed by the mess, so it's probably a woman. Most men don't care. Just tell her you don't judge.
Great video as always. Love the new hairstyle, really suits you
Nice to see you without a hat :) Thank you for sharing video!!! Loved it. Where are you from , sounds scottish or Irish.
Hi I’m new to your channel just come across this video fab find x
Another good video bud 👍👍
Another great video mate, another great find! Cant wait to see another upload 🤘🏻👊🏻
Yayy been looking forward to another amazing video
You should have done an experiment with the wardrobe. I've seen it on many gost hunting shows. With Lee in the room you should have closed it as it was before & walked back to the spot on the side of the bed where it happened. Chances are it was the uneven floor that caused it to swing open. Now if it opens & closes then you know it's paranormal. If you had looked at it closely you would have noticed it was leaning forward slightly. I'm not saying the feelings you were getting weren't real, you evidently have some physic power. So many antiques it was killing me to see them just ruining. Thanks this was great. 🙋♀️💜🇺🇸👍
Wow amazing 👌
Oh, this reminds me of UP! I think this is like the real-life version of the UP guy. Pixar made it sweeter for us but we know the truth.
Great video but I think I would of ran across that nettle field said hello and good bye to the old tractor and van on my passing bye if I had been there when that wardrobe swung open
Those records were possibly 78's going by the wind-up player, and my nan had a cassette brief case many many years ago. Maybe it was the in thing when tapes first came out lol, that wardrobe was a bit much, I'd be on my toes lol. On the note of the land rover wing, could those tyres fit one too? I think the grinding machine would possibly run of s steam machine and used to strip the grain from the wheat? I could be way off, its not my field of knowledge pardon the pun. 👍
Such a shame as it was clearly once a loved family home. We have a housing shortage in the UK so why can't all these lovely old houses be brought back to life?
That Ford Thames Trader is a late Mk2 from 1966, but not registered until November 1982 🤔
The old bedford looks like it may have been reregistered cos it is a lot older than it is late 50s early 60s judging from the steering wheel
Certainly was a bit creepy old house but certainly worth viewing 👍
loved the landy , would make a great resto that would
Tried and failed this twice, the son of the old owner lives down the road and he’s an angry man. Thankfully ive not been caught on the property but he is a very angry guy and watches this place like a hawk.
Great video, nice to see the inside.
Besides he should have secured the property and made it look lived in
Maybe you shall do a paranormal investigation. Recorders n such. There... night time challenge... that'd be interesting as this video alone. That wardrobe door should had done that.
That place gives a dingy impressin.
That's a ford Thames trader, quite rare, needs rescueing
The waggon is a Thames Trader from the 60s.
Sad, place trashed. Interesting people lived there. Obviously left it's history.
Cool I do enjoy you films
some really great explorers , actually quite envious any a advice for newish explorer ?
Tailgate looks like Escort MK1/ 2 to me. Worth a fortune now? Bad feeling and swinging door is sixth sense stuff, no doubt we'll understand it some day, til then best to dismiss it it as a ghost or alien ect.
Hi i am going in hospital on the 11th of november for a op then 8 weeks off work after woulds love ur videos mate
That guy in the photo with the uniform on. Looks like a fire mans uniform but otherwise an old military band maybe?
The first thing I would have done was look in that old purse!!! Very creepy place.
Yes I was thinking the same!! Would be interesting to know what was in the bag.
That tailgate in the barn is from a mk1 or mk2 Ford Granada Estate.
Love the way you 'protect' us from the naughty pictures in the newspaper!! Some of those vinyls are probably quite valuable - what a shame. Thanks for being 'creeped' out for us!!!
Yeah but we still got a glimpse though 😂
