Dang, ReVanced Manager looks like a revival of good ol' Lucky Patcher
yes, but it will take a while. Lucky patcher has patches for hundreds and hundreds of apps with new ones being added constantly. It never died, and the app itself is getting constant updates, It sometimes even has support for beta versions of android. It's not a revival, It's a completely different way of making patches.

@@iMaram. I recommend F-Droid. Also, Seal is open source so it should be completely safe; I've had no problems with it so far
Tubemate with mp3 converter also works incase they ever go after seal tubemate has to be received from a search of the web and the mp3 converter is a Google play app.
Sadly if you want to download a movie on CZcams it will only download the trailer

Just because something isn't available in Play store doesn't make it illegal. It means that the developers chose not to go Google's routes or that it didn't meet Google's standards or like it was full of Trojans or something. Usually it's because the developers chose not to put it into Google's hands for obvious reasons...
Gotta get that clickbait thumbnail.... But yea you're right. Same with the Chrome extension store not allowing any extensions that enable you to download youtube videos. But the same extension (video download helper) on Firefox, edge etc lets you download YT videos. But the version from the Chrome webstore dose not because it's against Googles terms of service. Same exact thing for these apps. Google is a advertising company first. That's how they make way over half of their revenue. No surprise they wouldn't be a fan of apps like Adguard (been using it for 3 years and love it) that block all ads system wide in their mobile OS. Considering the ads in 99% of those mobile apps use Googles own advertising network.

Yeah, no none of these apps is full of trojans, most of them are FOSS and aim towards better OPSEC and more transparency + not selling your fucking data. Lol!

thank you do much for bringing up nova! it really has been a game changer with nova8 and though it’s not quite stock yet, it’s a brilliant in between that is honestly satisfying. i’ll take it over what we had before! for those who read this and are hesitant though, it is still a bit glitchy. i had my phone lock up on me, with the only way to escape being to launch the settings quick shortcut and swiping home. but it’s a beta!

Can you actually explain why you feel that way? I'm horrified at Nova 8, especially as a long time user. I hope I can be talked out of this but it seems to be a gaslighty attempt to roll out a lot of downgrades.

that camcov is similar to an idea i had but could also use the camera to take a pic or video while still being able to continue to do what u was already doing. like say ur playing a game on phone and something happens around u that u want to quickly take a pic or video instead of having to stop the game and swapping over to camera u could just point the phone and click volume up for pic or volume down to record video while still being able to see and play game

Long time Nova user here, yeah that function has been added since this video. (I'm actually experimenting with new launchers right now, currently using one called Niagra.)
Long time Vanced user as well, now using ReVanced. CZcams is virtually unusable on mobile devices without it.
Seal is one I hadn't heard of, but definitely sounds like something I could find a use for.

Given revanced has sponsorblock as a patch option. You can use that instead (just skips ads altogether and sponsor segments). Alternative adds a skip ad for the segment so on.
i downloaded revanced manager but it's showing all error and root bs when i select CZcams

Check that the version of youtube you have downloaded is supported by the manager, this happened to me also a long time ago. I think that was the issue for me.@@emiyakiritsugu6329

You can alternatively use a sponsorblock for a smart TV. Should be compatabile if it uses a Google interface (aka you can sideload).

My favourite is YMusic which allows me to play youtube without a video, basically, a music player that has the whole youtube as a database

Samsung phones actually have ability to also change ur volume settings on specific times in the routines app so the volume scheduler pro isnt needed
Automatically reduced volume in the morning or whatever is not available on Samsung. I'm going to find this app very useful putting on a family members phone 😉

I am immune to commercials. I'm 65 years old and not once in my life did I buy something because it appealed to me in commercial. In fact it usually has the opposite effect. I think "They paid to put a commercial on television which they pay for with higher prices."
How many hours of your life have you been blasted with useless ads? I'm 43 and I can say over 10,000 hours. Block the Ads! Save your mind for better things!

As a CZcams Premium subscriber who does so to support creators, Revanced is still useful to me because I can bring back the dislike counter and add volume and brightness gestures to the fullscreen CZcams player.
Not to mention sponsorblock! It's so useful!

I have no issue using gesture navigation with a third party launcher on a modern Android devices. There were some issues for Android 10, but otherwise I use a third party launcher and just your navigation on most of my devices. I don't notice any major problems whatsoever.

I think the Gesture Navigation is only on certain phones... been using Nova on Huawei and Honor now for years and nver had an issue with the gesture Navigation
Nova 8 series is NOT release ready! Even developers do not recommend to install it as the 7 one update. It have still many nasty bugs, issues and can even be a cause for data loss/damage. So, beware and be carefull with it!

@Sam Beckman I need your help please! Once you told about an app, you can keep your screen unlocked with. It also had the feature to add a tile symbol for quick activation. Sadly, I really can't find the app name again... :(
For this u can change screen off (sleep) time to never in settings.
Private location app is similar to what is in playstore. It doesn't work without developer options turning on.
I've just finished watching this video, **private location** seems to be out of date, and there's one with the same name on Google Play......
Is there any real difference between them?

Have you tried flashing custom ROM like evolution X or spark OS.
I have a Redmi Note 10 Pro too and with crDroid 9 (Android 13) all of them are supported flawlessly.

Revanced just updated their manager. They added highlight to sponsor block. Also, if you are getting the message saying that the video is not available, just reset the app.

What fixes issues with revanced client in my case is usually installing a newer version. I have no idea where you get it, I guess you Google and find it in places like f-droid or their own page if they have it or any of the android geek sites. I generally do not use revanced manager but already patched clients instead.

The nova launcher 8 has a major bug that hasn't been fixed yet. System Ui crashes when applying wallpaper through pop-up menu on homescreen

I tried to use revanced but when i tap on an app it says feature not avaible for non root whatever that means and then it takes me to my files where i cant find the youtube app either
That's because you obviously downloaded the wrong one. There is always a rooted version & a non-rooted version. You aren't supposed to DL the rooted version if your phone isn't rooted. Pretty self-explanatory there. Re-Vanced is f*ckin awesome. Dingus. LOL!
And if you was using the Revanced Manager you cannot patch an app that's already installed on your phone. You have to ditch the original & when you tap add application you are not supposed to tap the app out of the list. You are supposed to tap storage down in the bottom right hand corner and patch the .apk file of the app you want to mod. Think of it as an app installer with perks. There's infiormation all over the internet about it, were you to Google or Duck it. Reading _IS_ fundamental...dingus. LOL! Just f*ckin with ya. Dingus. 😁
And it just dawned on me to ask....did you have MicroG installed & running? Because no version of YT Vanced or Revanced will operate without it. If you don't want to f*ck with the ReVanced Manager then just DL the app itself. Here's the link. FYI, you MUST have MicroG installed & running & you can also get that here too.
2:01 A note for anyone that wants to use adskip. When i used an auto ad skipping app before I found that youtube stopped giving me 5-second-skippable ads, and gave me more and more 15+ seconds unskippalbe ads. Which in the long-run makes the experience worse.

@@quentin1956 in short, yeah. I found that a normal ad block for desktop and youtube revamced for my phone worked the best. If you have an iPhone idk. Maybe give adskip a shot.

1 issue with SEAL I faced is that I can't put videos downloaded with SEAL to neither Instagram stories nor WhatsApp status..... The videos just don't show in gallery while choosing....
Try to change the location of the videos through the storage settings

You might have to change to allow install apps from other sources
Basically it means a non-rooted phone cannot patch the app as it a split apk, you have two options here - either download an apk to use to patch or root the phone ( but this would delete everything of of your phone and factory reset it). Also if you have an ArmV7 device it wont work without rooting it
For xmanager, do you need a Spotify account or you make it after the install?
You can make one after the install. For some reason it won't let me sign into my already existing account though. Very weird.

But... in the Nova Launcher 8 home screen, can I swipe right alone the button to switch to the last app I was using? That's the only thing I care about and the reason why I stopped using Nova Launcher after buying my OnePlus 7t.

No you dont but would be good to keep them for updates etc
Nova 8 is a buggy mess at the moment, crashes a lot in the settings. Make sure you backup your layouts before updating.
Any good CZcams Vanced replacement. ReVanced does not buffer for me.
