On the bright side, it demonstrates the ability of the products to survive abuse..
Auch.. 3.5mm out from a old Asus laptop to a mc.crypt mixer.. No way to treat a nice PA like that. You will definitely hear a huge difference in quality if your input is from a good high quality sound card via a professional mixer.
Did you measure how many decibels you were running? Hard to say how loud it actually was via the video.
However set this up has no clue from pa soundsystems...
You have a System on an that high Level and then you use an McCrypt Mixer that is clipping as hell and with an micro jack plug into the laptop.
If that would be my system I would slap you away from it.
Its common knowledge that the meters need to be well into red to produce nice sound...lol

Ach VDJ ist hier nicht so schlimm wie der Mixer.. Serato verfluche ich, VDJ lief bei mir im Gegensatz immer stabil.

But this high quality speakers are not cheap and totally wrong used in this video

We konden dit geluidssetje voor een aannemelijke prijs voor een week huren voor op een carnavalswagen. Dit is een opname met een goedkope telefoon dus de geluidskwaliteit lijkt inderdaad vrij slecht vooral in de sub/bas weergave. In werkelijkheid klonk het veel beter. Maar om het optimale uit deze set te halen zul je inderdaad kwalitatief goede tracks/muziek moeten gebruiken en geen standaard mp3. Het gebruik van Virtual DJ is vrij amateuristisch maar is makkelijk in gebruik. Ook gebruikten wij een goedkoop mengpaneel (van onszelf) zonder ingebouwde geluidskaart. Ook was in dit huis geen krachtstroom aanwezig waardoor het benodigde vermogen op hoge volumes niet aanwezig is. Op de carnavalswagen was echter wel het benodigde vermogen aanwezig(dieselaggregaat 27 KVA). Ook hadden wij geen equalizer ter beschikking om het een en ander fijn te regelen. Maar l-acoustics heeft vanuit zich zelf al een goede basis sound. Buiten het feit dat er meer uit deze set te halen viel en een kwalitatief beter geluid zeer zeker mogelijk was waren we het er met zijn allen binnen de carnavalsgroep er over eens dat dit tot dan toe het beste geluidssetje was die we tot dan toe gehoord hadden. Daar kunnen veel geluidsmerken met fijn regeling en goede software nog niet aan tippen Helaas heeft iedereen met een bepaald budget te maken en dit was bij ons ook het geval. Komende carnaval hebben we een dv-dosc setje (6Xdv-dosc en 4X sb28) op de wagen.

that's the max of it :D hahaha my 4 single 18's scoops punching harder :D it can go louder if u change that crappy thiny mixer dude.... for that wery expencive speakers u need a wery responsible good with best signal sending mixer...:D and than u can test that beasts :D I heard them with a little more subs and loud tops and shit is nasty.. :D
