This is the second time KKB have been commissioned to imitate their old, more "childish" style to make a song advertising something. And it's always great, it kind of feels like using a cheat code to have all powers at the beginning of a game, since they use whatever current experience or sounds they currently like to use, to make something right out of their past. Love it

I adore the very specific synth sound they've been implementing since Civilization. Hyper-nostalgic for retro N64 and RARE games. The one in this song reminds me of "Goemon's Great Adventure" and recent songs remind me of "Donkey Kong Country"

So , despite the upbeat vibe of the song, it makes me feel like it would be a "distraction" of some sort. Kinda like a small child is being distracted from crying and the parent makes it watch a TV show or listen to a song. It could just be me, but this was the first thing that came to my mind when listening.
