All of the tributaries off the Great Ouse are usually well worth journeying down; but the excessively hot Summer this year did make for some very shallow rivers! As an aside, cow farts are methane also but I haven't seen a decent collection method developed for that! Hoping that doesn't give Deb another nightmare. A lovely trip with much less stress than the last one, where I thought we may have to organize a rescue attempt for you from all the weedage (also probably not a word) I swear the two of you are the cutest and happiest couple on here. Fascinating info about the sugar beet industry. The State of Washington is the 4th highest producer of sugar from beets in the USA. Next time I'm camping/caravaning down in that corner of Washington State, I'll go visit one of the production facilities. Thank you! Wissington being the largest producer in England of sugar from beets is impressive. Brilliant options for that difficult mooring. Medicinal uses of cannabis have saved lives ... no joking matter. Altho, I smoked a lot of it in college in the 1960s and so I sure understand the laughter. 🙂 Gorgeous videos, keep 'em coming.

Good to hear from you both again. Passing that sugar beet factory in the summer I don’t suppose it was in action. We pass the sugar beet factory at Cantley on the river Yare quite often on our trips on the Norfolk Broads. The factory seems to be at full pelt from October to April and pretty quiet the rest of the year. When it is active the smell is quite pungent as you pass. Personally, I like the beet smell, but some people aren’t such fans. Hope you both have a wonderful Christmas. I always watch when your videos pop up on my feed, but I do wonder if you might lose viewers by posting infrequently. I was surprised to find recently that one of the latest Minimal List vids hadn’t shown up on my feed even though I’m subscribed. I almost missed it!
You know, there's a workaround for your issue- VPN. You can set your country to the US and watch the show you were wanting to see. Happy holidays and see you next year, I suppose. :)
I live where cannabis is legal. Our county gets tons of tax revenue from it, and the farmers spend a fortune at the local shops. Win-win. I myself worked at one of the US west coast's largest CBD farms. The greenhouses must be incredible! And I'd bet they smell wonderful.
Not complaining, but I think it’s funny how different people produce things differently. I finally had to Google Gober moorings and Google asked me “do you mean GOBA moorings and then explained what they were. In the western US, we pronounce the letter R differently.

So glad to see your vlog come through! I appreciate that you're behind as it's so lovely to see the pretty scenery and all that green. Right now in Minnesota, it's 19F or -7C and there's several inches of snow on the ground. So, being frozen in on the canal, what the heck do you do! I mean getting groceries, water, emptying stuff etc.? Are you moored near facilities? Can't recall if you have a car. How about a quick 5 minute vlog on coping with being iced in? We ran out of water because the water points have frozen up so have been visiting our daughter to shower apart from that we are ok

The cbd helps me with my arthritis pain. I make my own gummy's and eat a couple when the pain gets to bad and is a nice alternative to pain drugs.

Passing that sugar beet factory in the summer I don’t suppose it was in action. We pass the sugar beet factory at Cantley on the river Yare quite often on our trips on the Norfolk Broads. The factory seems to be at full pelt from October to April and pretty quiet the rest of the year. When it is active the smell is quite pungent as you pass. Personally, I like the beet smell, but some people aren’t such fans.

I live where cannabis is legal. Our county gets tons of tax revenue from it, and the farmers spend a fortune at the local shops. Win-win.
I myself worked at one of the US west coast's largest CBD farms. The greenhouses must be incredible! And I'd bet they smell wonderful.

Sugar Beet is big business in East Anglia. Processing factories nearish to me include Cantley and Bury St.Edmunds.
roads are full of beet lorries at the moment

Not complaining, but I think it’s funny how different people produce things differently. I finally had to Google Gober moorings and Google asked me “do you mean GOBA moorings and then explained what they were. In the western US, we pronounce the letter R differently.
