Taystee and Poussey don't look that much different in real life than they do on the show. The video was showing some of the more drastic transformations. Besides, if they did everyone, the video would be like an hour long, especially since the voice-over woman babbled endlessly.

Natasha usually looks exactly like her normal self on the show, maybe a bit weathered for some scenes but in general anybody would recognize her. Been a fan since Slums of Beverly Hills.
I always loved Nikki, she's beautiful in the show and outside of the show, her character also is so relatable (aside from the drugs), she's laid back and doesn't take BS, drama free. If I were in prison i'd want to hang out with her, if only there were a guy version of her lol since i'd be in a male prison. Oh and also, Helen... Damn, smoking hot chick!
