Pl note that home loan is off set by increase in property price and saving on rentals. Property is life time and more offordable at the start of your job but instalments should be affordable.Property is life time investment and not for 15 yrs so be realistic to post
Exactly, property like a house is a one time investment and a person can pay the instalment in the beginning of his service where chances are there for his promotion and increment too .
