PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN COCKTAIL
1.5 oz/45 ml Vanilla Vodka
.5 oz/15 ml Amaretto
.3 oz/10 ml Lime Juice
4 oz/120 ml Pineapple Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Grenadine
Method
1. Add all the ingredients except for the grenadine to the shaker.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain into a Hurricane Glass over fresh ice.
4. Slowly pour the grenadine over the top.
5. Garnish with a Lime Wheel and a Maraschino Cherry.

Dessert in a glass, ice dropping everywhere (or trying to), sign boards being knocked down, hawthorn strainers ballerina spinning out of camera view (haha I saw that), and yet nothing smashed or broke, very impressive, like that impressive cocktail, now I'm gonna have to break out my hurricane glass, pop the top off my pineapple juice, and put some awesomeness like this together, and enjoy 😊🤤🍹

Hi David, this looks very good. However, for vanilla vodka, I add a few drops of vanilla extract to plain vodka and it works. The extract is expensive and my wife noticed recently it was going down, I had some explaining to do!
Separately, I made the Brazilian Sangria last Friday and it was very good, but wow, it does pack a punch. Nick from York

RUM PUNCH
1.25 oz/37.5 Light Rum
1.25 oz/37.5 Dark Rum
2 oz/60 ml Pineapple Juice
1 oz/30 ml Orange Juice
.25 oz/7.5 ml Lime Juice
.25 oz/7.5 ml Grenadine
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.
2. Shake with Ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
7. Garnish with a lime wedge and maraschino cherry.

Fun fact: amaretto is not always made from almonds. Sometimes it includes apricot kernels, which contain amygdalin, that is a cancer treatment but can turn into cyanide in the body, so don't have too much.
