Your build literally dosnt matter at that tier. It's all stats down there so literally all you can do is grind for limit breaks as if your characters are not at least MLB then you just lose against the people who don't actively grind arena but have high level characters. My tip us to just grind more Evo stones until you have your characters at 5 star and you can MLB them. EX weapon is also very good as well but it is kinda character specific. Also make sure that you have maxed accessories and weapons on all characters. If not MLB ed at least level 81.
