Canadians are raised to not hate and to embrace diversity (including being taught this in all daycares/schools). People need to look at all sides.
India has a 29% unemployment rate amongst it's own graduates. One of the big reasons why young people are leaving India in droves, yes? Plus less than 50% of the 950 million working-age population in India is employed (compared to over 70% in other emerging markets). Amongst the Indian working group, many are self-employed and contain “unpaid helpers in family enterprises”. India has one of the highest emigration rates in the world. As many zero in on education as a way to gain access to a western country?
Did international students/families pay into Canadian taxes all their lives like domestic students have (earning cheaper tuition fees)? No. Plus Canada did NOT tell international students/parents to spend/risk their life savings on a "Canadian dream". Canada did NOT tell international students to borrow money. Canada did NOT promise international students work. Canada did NOT promise international students money. Canada did NOT promise international students Permanent Residency.
Meanwhile freelance agents have been operating in an unbridled market in India. Often by painting a distorted picture of what students can receive from Canada. In recent years, a new type of recruitment has cropped up via foreign nationals as many "edu-tech" have created online platforms to connect millions of potential students with the recruiters. The sub-agents have absolutely no no direct connection with the Canadian college. Plus the college has no no ability to control their conduct. Indian sham operations abused/abusing Indian students in person &/or via massive advertising. Primarily in their native language that most Canadians do NOT understand. Painting a false picture in their minds (of what Canada could or would or should offer).
Canadians are seeing primarily Indians protesting & waving their flags on Canadian streets making demands. Because they may not have enough credentials to remain in Canada? And because rules designed to protect CANADA are not meeting their desires? Why isn't there crowds of African or Caribbean or Filipino etc., students making demands? They're in Canada too.
And even though Canada is being falsely/unfairly blamed for too much, Canada has yet to deport students like crazy (but likely will soon). Instead Canada has been trying trying to find balance of who can stay vs go. While also trying to fix anything Canada did wrong. Create a better future. Why? Because Canadians actually care about doing so for both Canadians and international students.
Canada's own youth are also victims of the above mentioned scam artists now too. Due to a severe lack of homes and severe lack of entry level jobs now partially due to international students swarming the system then fighting for PR etc., versus returning home. Including some students asking for Canadian asylum (which RARELY gives them PR).
    Questions:
⦁ What is India doing about any of this? After Canada told India to halt Ghost Consulting. Plus Canada didn't have numerous PRIVATE 'diploma mills' until 40% of international students were from India. Coincidence? Schools that Canada is shutting down.
⦁ What about all the YT videos that primarily Indian nationals have posted (for half a decade now including today) all advertising Canadian PR like they're selling a product? Promoting Canadian visas & permits & schools & jobs etc. etc.. Videos not only posted hourly but rarely in English or French. With very very rare input from Canadian-born citizens.
⦁ What about the IELTS spouses? Anchor babies?
⦁ What about Canadian food banks & other charity services being recklessly advertised on YT in Indian languages?
⦁ What about Canadian housing being scooped up en-mass as investment vehicles by, and for, foreign nationals? Some home rental/boarding signs stating "vegetarians only can apply". Often these 'landlords' also cram 20 students in a small home and charge them each way too much for rent.
⦁ What about Indian nationals buying local businesses then repeatedly putting Indians only in the top tier positions (while also changing familiar work practices)? BC & Ontario are also outlawing the Caste System.
⦁ What about the Sikh vs Hindu violence/extortions across Canada? Diasporas stirring up tribal hatreds (in Canada) even though it all stems from their ancestral home. Why?
⦁ What about the Canadian government launching investigations in regards to foreign interference in Canadian elections, stemming from Asia continent? Canada also had to end flagpoling at the border.
Canadians are so so so not used to all this! Do Indians care about Canadians suffering too?
Or do they primarily want to point fingers at the Canadian government etc., when many things weren't in Canada's control?
Canadians want multi-culturism to succeed and for all people (including immigrants) to be okay. Now everyone I know is VERY happy with IRCC's recent changes (reductions & multifaceted investigations etc.). Including multi-generational long-term Asian Canadians MOST upset (by all of this).

First of all guys like you spreading this fake info .. kahi border officer ko aap ko asylum file karne ko na kehna pade .. this is totally wrong info & out of context. Hello Again,
Did you watch rest of the video as well or just watched this part only to comment?
      1. What is fake news in this video? I am not running a news channel to give news about Canadian Immigration like many in market. I make video to give in depth knowledge to deal with Canadian immigration systems. Watch other videos and you will understand this. Whatever is shared in the video has happened with me or my family or my friends or my clients. This is not based on any news article.
      2. I am not going to Canada anytime soon and if I will go back then I know the system and deal with Boarder Officer with ease. So no need to be concerned about me.
      3. How many direct or indirect experiences do you have with CBSA Officers based on which you are stating that CBSA can never ask anyone to take Asylum? I have had thousands of clients till now and I know what they can say.
      4. I am discussing about Immigration Questions and Documents to Carry and other tips in this video. How talking about CBSA Officers is our of context?
      Regards

For everything you are blaming CBSA ! What’s wrong with you ? Saying woh aap ko tang karne ke liye kuch na kuch dond lenge ya DEPORT karenge ya asylum dalwa denge . ! Let me tell you one thing CBSA is worlds best border security force . Looks like you never dealt with US border & custom / uk border patrol & Australian custom & border protection officer ! Please stop blaming CBSA with your half baked knowledge

      Dear,
I have lived in Canada for long and have faced CBSA officers alone and with family. I know the experiences of my roommates and thousands of clients as well. So, I know a thing or two about Canadian Immigration System and CBSA as well.
I made this video so that immigrants are better prepared for the situations and shared collective experiences which happened with my previous clients or knows who travelled to Canada. What's NOT right in this entire video. And why are you always so selective to pick and comment on a small part of information after ignoring almost entire video?
Yes, you have the right to comment anything but Constructive Criticism and dialogue is far better as it adds more value for others.
Coming to the reply of your comment, Yes, CBSA border officers have raised random issues in past for students and visitors to deport them and I have seen it happening in front of me while in Canada. It happened with my roommate as well in Canada. Many Border Officer is good but bad apples are also there.
Also, why should I care how USA or Australia Border Officers deal with immigrants? Just because of CBSA Officers are better than other countries, does it mean that whatever they do must be acceptable to all? What kind of weird logic is this?
It is like, you are getting dirty water are home to drink and someone says to you that you are getting better water than Somalia so Drink it.
Also, they have done this Deport or Asylum shit recently with the Parents of students on Visitor Visa as well and with many others. So don't paint them as God.
Also, I don't have half baked knowledge. I have the in depth knowledge of Canadian Immigration system. Go and watch my other videos and previous channel where I have shared Testimonials of impossible Study Visa and Spouse Visa cases. Study Visa at age 51, age 55, after 10 Refusals as well. This is not possible to be done with "half baked knowledge" as you are saying.
      Regards
