Yea so in this game, playing as the racer brings a lot of tension and stress and some pretty big rage moments. But on the other hand, playing as a cop is relaxing and it kind of gives the player a break from all that racing and fleeing and getting busted again and again. I like it. I think the game is very good start for ghost games and I believe they will grow and make better games then this one. Can't wait for 2015

Well, NFS was about exotic "unaffordable" cars, crazy tracks and cops. I remember in NFS High Stakes (best one imo) had a BMW Z3 and Aston Martin DB7 as the "cheap" cars! Undergound had some good gameplay items but it did not feel like NFS to me because of the cars. Most Wanted resolved that but NFS Hot Pursuit III really felt like the original games.

The rubberbanding sucks in this game, i was able to go back to a repair i MISSED, and the AI was literally waiting for me you could see on the map, then when you get nearer they drive so slow, i was wrecked alot in one race i should have lost, its so easy to win. And when im a supercar how is a Merc C63 Black able to keep up with me? theres Venoms and Agera R's and Bugatti polices but i never see them in a Hot Pursuit, only in free roam, in races the highest cars i see are Mclaren F1s and Aventadors, it gets boring after a while seeing the same cars. Oh and being a cop is MUCH easier than racer, and maybe more fun. I wouldve liked to have seen more events or even custom races/HP's doing the same events over again gets boring, so i only play this now when im really bored lol But nice car selection and graphics as well as the weapons, easy achievements too, and you can get this game under £15, so its worth it

The sad thing is how inferior this game was to other racing games, I still loved it. They got many car sounds right, such as the Shelby, Aventador, 12C, 458, M6, Veyron, Agera R and more. The racers should have had cars like the CCXR, Agera, Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse, LaFerrari, Huracán, C7 Z06, C6 ZR1 and more. I just always think, how did they miss the LaFerrari? There was not enough cars. And one thing I couldn't understand was why the 918 was a heat level 3 car instead of heat level 4. It deserved to be there with the P1 and Veneno. Even the Aventador LP720-4 and F12berlinetta were on level 4. But back to my original point, They could've released so much DLC or had way more cars. The cops only had under 40 cars (not including DLC), just in different versions. They should've added Road illegal cars as well, starting at heat level 11, going on to heat level 20, as it was too short and too easy. Also, This would make for an interesting story and actually give cops reason to catch you with more violence, would actually give them a reason to make you their actual RIVAL, to target you more and also eventually be forced into using the same cars in an attempt to catch you, making this storyline have a much more personal side to it. I'm talking P1 GTR, LaFerrari FXXK, Vulcan, Zonda R, Enzo FXX Evoluzione, 599XX, there is so many! I doubt cars like the Aventador or Veyron would catch these, as they would tear up corners. It would be so awesome. And another thing I never understood was why there was no cockpit view and manual shifting. This game could've been so much.

I have this game Need For Speed: Rivals for the Xbox 360! I got it for Christmas 2013 2 years ago! Also, this was the last Need For Speed game available on last gen consoles of PlayStation 3 & Xbox 360.
The only issues I have are the Multiplayer and the Weapons. The Multiplayer only works with Friends because Public Players never come to the same place to race against you. Also the Weapons aren't as fun as in Hot Pursuit. Racers don't have any spike strips or jammers... Also Police doesn't have a Helicopter or Roadblock in-game only on NFS Network which sucks and isn't the same...(not completely sure about Heli and Roadblock)
any driving game that doesn't have a pause option and restart option is automatically garbage. ps... they don't wanna make another underground game because that would imply harder work and more finances....why do that when its easier to remake the same game every year and sell it with a different title. COD style.
Im enjoying this game last nfs since underground or watever had the green 350z its one of the few games exactly the same as x1 and ps4. Some stuff is buggy but all in all I agree that its worth a buy

Before EA tried to cash in on the popularity of Fast and Furious. And even those movies are ditching the illegal street racing in favour of action packed sequences and heists.

Need for speed has always been about exotic cars and fast racing. Underground is more like a spin-off of the franchise and these recent games are going back to their roots.
The NFS RIVALS has a such small map-im a game developer i make games that are like NFS and i got a bigger map,size of half of europe in scale 1:1 , 300+ cars. rivals is shyte

Racing comes first, performance for racing comes second and you always have that 1 car with that 1 magic body kit that helped you plow through road blocks on it ready for high risk racing. You needed 3 cars to play most wanted optimally. A race car, a top speed trap car, and a pursuit car. Selling and scrapping your cars were pointless if you were seriously about making it in the game. You sell your victims (boss) cars. That's how you made it work. also junkman parts. COME ON BRO!! the new MW sucked balls!!

Bullshit game! With over 1000 Dlcs and not a full content , to expensiv for a game ! :( Graphics good, Gameplay bad , Speed Points are so useless !
One of the worse Racing games i ever played !
Don't forget glitchy and the bs in the game but i got my money's worth
