Samsung Galaxy A05s : How to make a Hardreset (factory reset) with the buttons?

How to format the Samsung Galaxy A05s with the buttons (factory data reset).
Please note, that you have to conect your Samsung A05s to a running computer/laptop before pressing the buttons!
If you want to resell the phone or give it to someone else, please remove the google account first (Settings - Accounts and backup - Manage accounts - 'Your Google-Account' - Remove account - Remove account - 'Enter phone PIN, in case you have one') or disable the "Find my Device"-option (Just go on Settings - Google - Security - Find My Device - Off it in the blue bar)
