    यही बदहाल स्थिति बिहार में भी है, बिहार राज्य आवास बोर्ड द्वारा आबंटित प्रॉपर्टी को रजिस्ट्रार के ऑफिस से फ्रीहोल्ड रजिस्टर्ड करवाने के बाद भी म्यूटेशन नहीं होता है । इस विषय पर बहुत ही कन्फ्यूजन है, सरकार को चाहिए की यह बताएं की फ्रीहोल्ड रजिस्टर्ड करवाने के बाद नगरपालिका द्वारा म्यूटेशन होगा या नहीं होगा ? आपकी वीडियो देखने के बाद यह लग रहा है की उत्तर प्रदेश में भी फ्रीहोल्ड प्रॉपर्टी के म्यूटेशन संबंधी कानून सही तरह से पालन नहीं किए जा रहें हैं ।
    कृपया एक वीडियो बनाएं, जिसमें यह बताएं की रजिस्टर्ड फ्रीहोल्ड प्रॉपर्टी को आबंटी आपस में बटवारा कैसे करें, चूंकि म्यूटेशन हो नहीं रहा है, आपसी बटवारा कैसे किया जाए ।

    मेरा घर नगर निगम की क्षेत्राधिकार में है और हाउस टैक्स भी आते है, उक्त घर पूरे प्लाट के आधे भाग में बना हुआ है, और आधा प्लाट खाली है, सर इस खाली बचे हुये प्लाट के भाग को गिफ्ट के माध्यम से क्या ट्रांसफर किया जा सकता है? सर मुझे किस विभाग में गिफ्ट करने हेतु प्रार्थना पत्र देना होगा - नगर निगम/ विकास प्राधिकरण/सदर तहसील? कृपया सर मार्गदर्शन करें?🙏🏻

    Hello sir, Maine 1 Plot kharida hai Madhya Pradesh mai, registry bhi ho gai hai, registry mai 2 khasre number mention hai 248/2 and 248/3, Plot number 1 hai, Khasra 248/2 and 248/3 mai hai, kya uska mutation ho jayega and Plot number ka area kisme se milega 2482/2 ya 248/3 mai se.

      Lease can be renewed for furthe period or can be done freehold if allotee applies for it .

    In Gurugram builder's are constructed 2 BHK flats without any approval, no MCG BUILDING PLAN APPROVAL, NO DTCP APPROVAL, DOING REGISTRY IN NUMBER 2, corrently no registry and electrical supply by government . Please suggest should we have to buy these type of flats.
    They are charging carpet area 750 Sq ft but doing registry for 550 Sq ft. I don't know the real reason behind this.

    Sir humne ek makaan LDA se purchase kia h abhi uski EMI ja rhi h registry nhi hui h..... Uss makaan me humne ek naukar ko rakh diya tha usne ab makaan pr kabza kr lia h.... Police koi madad nhi kr rhi h... Plz bataiye sir makaan ko kaise khali kra skte hain... Kya LDA hamari help kr skta h makaan khali karane me?

    Sir i have purchase a property in dehradun which comes under ukavp earlier upavp property is free hold from 2004 but department is asking for mutation with them and charging 1% fee is it right and iam second purchaser after free hold and first purchaser have not done mutation in ukavp now department is asking for earlier fees also , in todays circle rate

    Yh sirf nagar nigam se he hoti jismy. Jiska amount 1% hota hai stamp duty ka..

    Sir awas vikas k mool awanty ne free hold ragistry kara li thi or ek ragister vasiyat apne bacho ko ker di. Awanty ki death k bad vasiyat ke adhar per bachho ne property sale ker di. Awas vikas m vasiyat ka nispadan nahi karaya. To property ka mutation sale deed ka kase hoga. Sir please reply

    Sir namaste. sir if person A is the allootee of a lda property and donate his property to his daughter B and B after mutation in her name sells this property to C&D( two person) who also sell this to E without getting mutation done on their names and C dies . After this E wants to sell to F without getting mutation done in his name .Now in this case how mutation would be done if F buys this property.. Should F buy or not ?????? Please reply

    Sir Mera area Nagar Nigam mein aata hai maine apne plot ka Nagar Nigam mein assessment karaya hai aur use per house construction ka loan liya hai to kya LDA koi problem khada kar sakta hai please help

      If building map is not approved by LDA then it's totally unauthorised construction and LDA can take action against it.

      अगर अवैध कॉलोनी में प्लॉट स्थित है तो बाउंड्री वॉल नहीं बना सकते हैं एग्रीकल्चर में भी।
