Hi Kate, my 52 size wheels keep getting stuck on coping when im trying to drop in. Do you think a bigger wheel would be easier?
love the vid. those screw on your slide block might do with some screw retention "glue". It gets soft with a little heat, so its removable without destruction but it stops the screws from coming out with vibration. it comes mostly in green, blue then red from soft to hard. Maybe there's special ones for plastic, but a little of green or blue should stop those pesky screws from becoming a real danger :) (I don't want to name any names in fear of being flagged, but there's plenty of reputable brands that kinda follow meantioned colorsystem)

You said you think your Spitfire wheels are too big but didn't say what size they are (and they come in several sizes). What type and size wheels are you going to switch to?
I've previously ridden 62mmm and 48mm wheels but am currently riding a Jack I with a Sunlite plate, Brunny Hardcore PO Slide Blocks, Ridge 3.125" Wide Trucks, and 52mm (Lil Boogers) Snot Wheels. Unfortunately the kingpins are too long and get in the way when attempting 50-50s or other slides/grinds where my feet face in the direction of travel of the slide/grind because they extend lower than the trucks and slide block on each skate. 😮🤷♂️
do skateboard wheels only work on wider trucks ?

Great info. TY! Haven’t roller skated since I was a kid but I have done rollerblading over the years but never tricks. Now I’m going to get into roller skating. Have u tried bont parkstars? I see some skaters use them for the parks. They seem kinda hard shelled tho. But supposedly they’re lighter than moxis. Any thoughts? 🤔🛼😃✨
