The balls that are in the pockets that you knocked in can be easily removed by the tip of a crayon so you don't disturb the rest of the balls on the table. Just take the crayon tip and stick it to the top of the ball to remove it from the pocket

The concept is actually good as a board game version of pool, if you glue a sheet of construction paper to the board the balls don't roll around the same but it has to be rough texture construction paper and you have to add a layer of poster board under it to stiffen it up and sand any burrs off the balls so they roll acutely i think you can build a bigger version using marbles with scrap material that is actually scaled down from a real pool table and actually plays well you just don't want to spill beer on it.
