No, he definitely does NOT speak better than most. I would not discourage most people from their efforts, but in his case it's so bad and so hard to understand that I honestly, and without malice, recommend he stops trying to speak Thai in his videos. It's painful to listen to, and frankly just embarrassing. By all means, practice and keep making videos, but make the videos in English until the Thai is intelligible, at least.
