Should one read between the lines that perhaps the Chinese have come to realise that the Indian people are very strong and to effectively deal with the India-China border conflict problem they need the cooperation of the Dalai Lama so that Tibet is not a weak link in the Chinese armour?

No I do not do good deeds only, I also do mistakes, but those non good deeds appears so only on hindsight judgements not deliberate conscious bad deeds.
Indians deliberately does so, and I repeat deliberately does so. Usually that might appear weird, no one likes to be bad, even the bad people do not wish to be bad, a child when born is always beautiful, innocent and geared to be good, how can they grow up to do bad to others or the environment.
The answer lies in there. An Indian lives, propagates, believes, either deliberately or with comfortable silence, a human created system which is at present their newly independent country and traditionally their uneven unchanging social structure to create an atmosphere of lies, deceit, oppression, ugliness, dirtiness, on anyone else associated.
