We bought a property! (needs tons of work)

Yes it’s a fixer upper, no it won’t be open for business tomorrow…but it will be SOON
After years of working towards this we finally have our own place!
I’ll try to skip all the sappy sentimental stuff and get right into it
First thing I’ll talk about is the building
-90x52 feet in size
-it’s a pole barn style construction
-concrete floor
-wiring needs gutted and replaced
-lots of structural repair needed
-two vehicle sized doors
-ceilings are only eight feet
-rafters are probably eight feet as well
-has a storm shelter
-has a few insulated rooms
The Land
-only about 1/3 of the land usable right now
-the majority of the land is over ran by trees
-there is some bad spots like some possible sink holes and steep hill side
-there is some flat usable land on northern sides of the parking lot that could be expanded with concrete or black top
I’m this episode i pretty much just show things as they are and clean up the inside of the building. Episode two we will begin electrical work and deconstruction!

We need to try and make as much income back sooner rather than later because we are having to renovate this place out of pocket!
Leave that straight section of wall,take the curve section out and make a bay that alings with the roll up front door for a lift station, the area to the right of the roll up can be made into a paint booth easily and it is already got one wall and a door. Put a gravel pad to put a rv on . Need to do a septic and water sooner then later.

If you don't think youll make much on furniture think about giving it away. Always comes back more when giving to people in need

What's your thoughts on redoing the rafters in a spot to make way for a lift??
@@s10life ive seen a few people box around the rafters and attach them to the 2 post lift beams to keep strength so the car fits in the ceiling. 12’ tall for a standard 2 post lift. Can get shorter ones though.
