As a woman, I can say with confidence that it happens to be how a large portion of women are. They hate you if you’re ugly, they hate you if you’re pretty, they hate you if you’re skinny, they hate you if you’re fat, they hate you if you have no talent, they hate you if you’re more talented. . .I could go on. I live in Indianapolis. Believe me, you literally couldn't GIVE AWAY Indiana Fever tickets two years ago. VIP suites for Indiana Fever games were $50.00 two years ago.
Now the average seat costs almost $300.00 and VIP suite tickets are around $1,200.00 for Indiana Fever games.
That pretty much sums up the Caitlin effect.

The Goat of The Women’s Basketball Association is a complete joke and just getting an Olympic gold medal for the sixth time doesn’t mean that she had earned it. Look, I have personal friends who have Earned the Medal of Honor. You notice that I said Earned. Like in the Marine Corps you earned that title of being a Marine. It’s not given like some of the Olympic events. The Olympic Games as we know it now is a total failure. Look at the games of the past Olympic years. They didn’t have surfing, triathlons, diving, and all the other new sports. No wonder no Nation or Country wants to entertain the Olympic Games. I’ve always watched the Winter Olympic Games because of the ski jumping and the slalom events. I watched the Summer Olympic Games mainly for the track and field events. Especially the distances events. But trying to get another Gold medal from the Olympic Games as a team sport is not very valuable in my opinion. And it’s just my personal opinion period.

Also has Clark ever said anything disrespectful, disparaging, or angry to or about any WNBA player? Has she bullied any other player? Has she been aggrandizing herself at the expense of others? Has she said anything not supportive of the US Olympic team or been whiny about not being selected? Has she been demanding any special treatment over her teammates? Has she gone out of her way to deliberately foul any opponent aggressively? Has she retaliated for all the hard fouls she is subjected to?

Caitlin Clark can never surpass Pete Maravich's NCAA Div. 1 scoring record. Caitlin Clark did not play in NCAA Men's Basketball, also the fact is Miss Clark is a woman. She can only break the NCAA Women's Basketball records. Then there is the fact when Mr. Maravich played there was no 3 Point baskets or the 3 Point Line, also that his scoring was limited from Sophomore to Senior College years as Freshman were excluded or considered Junior Varsity. Pete Maravich's scoring record has not yet been broken. During the 2024 Olympics in Paris, France that Team USA were favored by the Referees or Officiating Crew. Just watch and see the fouls/penalties that favored USA Women's Basketball Team. Okay! Glad they Won sort of regardless of the CHEATING.
Well, isn't cheating the Losers way to win? The $Millions lost were due to lack of no WNBA games played for the better of nearly 3 weeks. No one really cares about the Olympic Games as several countries Boycott the Olympics. Is it worth it for the United States to participate in the Olympic Games? Heck NO! The WNBA is going to crash and will forever be in Debt to the NBA with or without Caitlin Clark. However, Catlin Clark will win the WNBA Rookie of the Year because of her talent, skills, abilities, a good demeanor, virtues, and conducting herself as a Team Player and as a professional. Her Rookie Statistics are above average but is practically beating and outperforming every Rookie on the other teams in 2024.

Greatness is a gift God puts in some people; it really can’t be defined, it can’t be ignored, it can’t be defeated;
and the great athletes use it. Secretariat did, and he wasn’t human!
All great players. But. None of them changed the Women’s game like Caitlyn is. Pushing the ball, stressing your defense into misalignment, laser passes born of her full court vision, maturity and basketball wisdom beyond her years. And an outside game that is fun as hell to watch, gets points, rebounds, steals, assists. All while being doubled up when possible, making the opponent play 3 on 4, but possibly bigger, she’s made her teammates better. And, Fever management, she can do the same for any team in the league. Ya better lock her up now if you even can, because the crowd she draws makes her more valuable than your franchise without her. The away games she plays are always sold out, making every club in the league more financially stable. The chartered flights have been made out to be a big deal because THEY ARE. You try living part time on a commercial plane. It gets old quickly, this is a quality of life thing. So, I’m happy I got to see this before I die. She’s lifting the stigma off women’s sports in general and basketball in particular. She’s a smart, savvy Iowa girl not likely to publicly embarrass you, a great representative for women everywhere and, likely to be a positive influence for years. I think there are other women out there, who don’t “fit the WNBA” and should get another look, who can push the ball like she does and to me, that’s the key to her game. She is aggressive about playing at a speed that takes you out of your game. If you aren’t sprinting to your defensive assignments she’ll notice and feed your man until you step up. If this continues at some point she’ll be compared to some greats, are you ready for this?, on both sides of the game. As far as speed, she covers a lot of ground without looking like she’s working that hard, and her brain usually gives her a half step on people. Just a combination of character traits, skills, muscle memory, court vision, brains, heart, passion, understanding of the game, yeah, she’s the real deal. And, when you consider that this package comes with regular logo threes, it’s nothing short of revolutionary. Enough to get a man of few words to speak.
If they didn't face guard her full court like the bunch of bitter broads. A rookie wouldn't lead the league in assists. Every Coach is in on it.

They keep forgetting that Pete Marivitch wasn't eligible to play as a freshman, he only had 3 years of eligibility to play Varsity Basketball. Marivitch averaged over 44 points a game all 3 years he played for LSU!
It's 2 different games. The NCAA just used it as a way to get some attention for the women's game.
Pete shot 40 times a game. His father was the coach. They fed him constantly.
I bought a WNBA League Pass first time in my 74-year-old life just to watch Miss Caitlin Clark play. Hope WNBA would take care of the Golden (I mean Platinum) Goose. I love to see CC play. It makes my day cheerful and bright. May God bless and protect Miss Clark.

Wilt Chamberlain avg 50 points a game one season, but Bill Russell won a lot more Championships. Nobody mentioned John Havlichck , Pete Marivitch, Jerry West, Cheryl Miller who were pioneers for basketball! I know there is more players but these people need to stop talking about what they did in the past , you won't be forgotten

Cailtin Clark is simply better than almost every player in the WNBA, and I would think that is obvious. It must be because the other players are working harder to take her out than to improve their own games. CC also is making her team better. Passing is better, players are open because the other team is focusing on CC, shooting is getting better, and the Fever are not getting blown out. It's all on video. The other thing that the haters should realize is that their own benefits and pensions will get better as revenue increases. More revenue means better conditions, charter planes, better accommodations, more advertising, and so on. Caitlin is the Golden Goose right now and the other players just want to pluck and roast her. Go figure.
The rest of the players should be happy. More attendance equals more pay

wnba is all about the whiners (commercial flights, low pay, nobody watching) and Caitlin Clark comes along and things are changing for the better. If the rest of the wnba would put more effort, practice, and determination into their game, they could be like Caitlin too. Might want to talk less, too.
