    It’s true, sports are really one of the greatest if not the greatest metaphor for life in general. There are just so many little things that you can apply to your daily life.

    After a performance, ask myself 1. What went well? 2. What could I have done better/ What needs work? 3. What do I need to change to be my best?

    Brian - Thank you so much for this video. After watching this I had my teenage boys watch it, then I bought the book, all of us are reading it. They are aspiring hockey players and having someone other than their Dad giving them this advice is priceless....I am joining Optimal Living...Thank you so much!!!
