You're the best, awsesome guides (depressingly fast though ;) ). One thing left on the never-satisfied-viewer-wishlist: Could you show the pedal bars in future track-guides? It would help out even more to see how deep you break into a corner and when to go full green for example. Thanks boys!
Hey thanks for the support! I would love to include the pedal input bars but it doesn't show up on the replay right now and it's too laggy for me to record while I drive so hopefully they add it as a feature in replay mode in the full release.

I'm a newby on ps4 and about to do my 6hrs Career endurance race. Got first in all 3 qualifying sessions but came on Google to get recommendations for brake ducts and fuel load for pit strategy. I found this as one of the search results and wow...thanks for the brake points but our turn in points are different so i have work to do. I've been avoiding the curbs with Aston Martin due to instability. Looking forward to score 100% valid laps.

Hello Friend! you could not for me to show the setting of the BMW M6 on the SPA and in general the concept of setting the car. for example in the project Kars 2 speed depends on the rear springs and in the ACC what is the concept of tuning?
One question i need to ask. How is it possible to acheive the 'smooth flow' trophy? I think there is a glitch because the requirements are to follow another car in slipstream for 5 seconds which I've done several times but trophy was not given and so far no one has indicated that they achieved it.
how long does a pitstop take on this track? i'm doing the hotstint event and it's one hour and around 30 laps and i don't know if i should do a pitstop or not, my last lap was about 2 seconds slower than my best lap

I wish you included chase camera view with minimap too. Cocpit view is extremely limited and I don't even know the track lol.
Awesome video but I am mystified how you take some of those turns in 2nd. If I’m anywhere near to that speed on the last couple corners the car just won’t turn fast enough

would be interesting to know what time you can do with default aggressive setup. so i know how much difference a setup makes
This was a couple years ago but without watching the video again to doublecheck what changes I made, I'm almost certain that the changes I did make had little to no difference in what laptime i could achieve here. With this video being a couple years old now, anything setup related will also be irrelevant as there have been many changes since back then with physics and setup in general.

I just dont know how and where I lose time, I do know I cant drive 53er times like you, but fort example you are taking the fast right hander after the long straight with ~ 230 kmh while I can nearly manage to drive it with 220 and I just dont know how I can go faster, if I try to turn a bit more aggressive my Car Control goes instantly red ... Maybe you can try to give me some little tipps, maybe steering wise or setup wise :) it would help me a lot
Ok I just changed the car from Nissan to Bmw and now I can nearly drive the corner with 230kmh, i guess the nissan is not fast at paul ricard, it was hard for me to drive high 55s with the nissan but with the bmw my first lap was a high 54 :)
I hit high 1:56's in VR. Mind you in VR it s a lot more scary as the corners look tighter then when playing onscreen.WIll try to get into 1.54s
I have triple screens and an Oculas rift s. I find myself using the triple screens 95% of the time. I followed guides on settings for vr and am pretty sure i got it right because i got nauseous in Dirt Rally 2 for the first time after owning it for a year.
ACC is cool in VR, no denying it, But the clean picture is just not there. Is VR the other choice instead of 3 screens? What am i missing as far as attraction to VR in ACC? I'm over powered for either setup, so that is not an issue. I'm about a step away from giving my Oculas to my college age daughter because she likes the free bouncing ball game. "sigh"
Most fun I've had with that thing was Half life-Alyx on Steam. Super crisp graphics at max settings. Why is ACC so far behind in the clarity that Alyx delivers i guess is my biggest question. I honestly believe ACC is the best VR racing title out there. I wish ACC devs would get in bed with the Steam guys because then it would be the most popular VR title hands down.

Good guide. I managed a 1:53:574 after a few hours of practice. Still missed the apex hard on T10 costing like a tenth and then messed up T12.
Very technical track. I am amazed by people who are managing low 1:52's even high 1:51's.

Man I have ACC on Playstation 4 and the Real Record for Paul Ricard is 1:39:9... and I just learn the track and have from the start 2 min...all the other tracks I do for the very first time driving on it around 5-7 seconds from real record and on Paul Ricard it’s 20 seconds, thinking by myself how this is possible. Now looked online for the reference lap times and they are around 1:52 / 1:53 and NOW I’m relaxed back because after some good practice I take very good times ( My reference lap times where I focus are the one that is stated on every circuit on ACC ) from then I just make it better. So 1:39:9... Real Record Time stated on ACC Paul Ricard is wrong ? Or maybe a GTE class ? Does anyone know ? Didn’t checked Paul Ricard website or Wikipedia 🏁💯
I come here looking for lap time and find I’m 6 seconds off the pace. Yikes. How are you braking so late at the end of that straight. I’ll give it a go tomorrow and see if I can hold on to the car ...!

I used to race karts for about 7 years, after I stopped I got into sim racing and I've been doing that for 2 years

I drive a championship against AI on 93. I'm 0.3s faster in sector 1, 0.5s in Sector 2 and lose 1.3 seconds in sector 3. And I think I drive it quite well...

Haha yes there isnt much happening with ACC until the release so there will be plenty of videos when it comes out :)
