It should be law that anyone interviewing Dr.Greger has to also be on a treadmill :)
Hahaha that would be hilarious to see
The first Dr Greger interview I saw, I thought he was pacing back and forth because he had to use the bathroom
Yeah, MIC!!!
Haha
Add the bounce from the stair climber 😂
The viewers would get sea sick.
I died when it first cut to Dr. Gregor and he was smiling all goofy 😂😂😂
IKR . THIS LOOKS LIKE A MEME XD
He looks so cute😂
I was vegan for 14 years. If you need real evidence, look at real experiences and what was genuinely felt for so long. And check out real experiences from other ex-vegans, and no, we didn't do it wrong, many many years were spent on trying to be the most successful vegans. I guess we mostly only learn the hard way, sadly, especially vegans in this case, which is unfortunate for many, but maybe inevitable and meant to be to get us to a better place. Here's what happened to me living as a vegan for 14 years: czcams.com/video/Bm528uAI8m0/video.html
Earth 2087 Did I ask? Shut the fuck up lmao
@Ebony Addison Lmao dude chill out I was just joking around I love that man
I love how Gregor is always looking for new data and is okay with changing his opinions abt things when shown correct data. That is how you know he is a good doctor. Love him!
He's never practiced medicine. Never had one patient.
He looks like shit? I'll take my nutritional advice from som1 that doesn't poison themselves through nutritional ignorance!!!

Birds of a fether flock together! :)
I was thinking the same thing. What a big moment!
mmm, you could keep it up.
Thank you, Dr. Greger, for expressing the importance of "not minimising people's suffering." After watching several practitioners openly berate the trending ex-vegans without addressing their medical condition, it was nice to witness compassion in a Plant Based medical doctor.

@@MM-qd4lh so true!
Legend has it that Dr.Greger is 24/7 on the treadmill due to his vegan diet.
There's no such thing as a vegan diet, though there is such a thing as a plant-based diet. Veganism is the philosophy of not exploiting animals. You can eat a whole food plant-based diet, yet not be vegan because you wear leather, etc. Dr. Greger does not talk about veganism, he talks about health research and recommends people eat an evidence-based diet, and you're apparently painfully unaware of this.

Interesting, I'm curious on the foods you were eating? As an athlete I'm thriving on keto. I have vegan athlete friends who are blown away by my gains. Also, 33 years of suicidal depression is completely gone, along with a slew of other symptoms. To each there own though, glad your diet is

I went back in history because there are good videos! Greger is really good answering questions and has superb info! I have been whole food-plant based for 5 years now.
Great chat! So happy for us and you. That had to be exciting.
I choke out guys in my Jiu Jitsu classes and can train for hours. When people ask about my diet I say I exclude all things meat and dairy and eat plant base. The classic question is
“Don’t you need protein like meat?”
I’m like bro, I train two more hours than you and just maintained dominant positions and choked you out multiple times during our 5 minute sparring session 😂
Does it look like I need meat!
In seriousity, cutting out the meat dairy cheese eggs has helped me recover effectively. I can train 2-3 times a day without crashing towards the end of the week.
Plant based= recover faster = more training = accelerated gains
Let’s go baby!
Thanks For these videos
That's a great answer!! I have found that my endurance and recovery times have skyrocketed on a WFPB diet! I'm almost in disbelief! The weight is just slowly melting off too and I'm getting eyed up from people and that never used to happen !! Love it !!

This was the best video with dr. Greger in it on the whole internet, even competes his own! Because you asked the right questions! And it wasn't that easy to find an answer to the SIBO and the milk question. You made a good blood vessel related suggestion on the milk yourself, and he had no time to think deep enough about the SIBO in long term vegans it felt. @@TheMissCrocodile I've done that, but I couldn't find much beyond AGEs, whenever I try to find the optimal diet I mostly find low-carb diets as the only remedy.
L.A Mendoza hiii:) I actually am healing my PCOS with a balanced, Whole Foods vegan diet. Green smoothies in the morning ALWAYS, no gluten/corn/mostly organic fruits n veggies, oatmeal, and no refined sugars, etc! My periods are regular for the third month straight, hormonal acne is gone, hormones are balancing, stress management exercises! Feel free to ask me anything! It’s all abt consistency. I’ve been on this vegan whole food diet for a year and a half straight and I’m finally seeing amazing results.
It takes patience.
This meeting was bound to happen at some point. I really appreciate hearing both of your perspectives on these topics. Many people fail to continue a vegan diet because they are experiencing ill effects that they cannot seem to find solutions for. We need more resources and practitioners who are equipped to help these individuals. I am dealing with malabsorption of nutrients in my body and this has shown up in my teeth, gum, tongue, and nail health. No idea what to do to remedy this, but I am searching for answers. Been on a WFPB diet for nearly 18 months eating a wide variety of fresh vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, and legumes. We are all so unique and require equally specialized solutions. That's one of the reasons why I struggle with the medical community and how they approach health and wellness. Broad spectrum solutions are not sustainable or reasonable in regard to human health.
This was awesome, thanks for making this interview happen.

It’s funny how carnivore and whole food vegan are so far apart yet closer by what they avoid. No refined veg oils and no added sugar. I think seed oil and sugar are the two items to avoid for better health reducing inflammation and diabetic related ailments.
Yet those in the middle path and mainstream science say it's fine in moderation.
Avoid oil, avoid sugar, avoid processed foods, calorie restrict, probably enough advice to fix 99% of the population.

Also, I just love Dr. Gregor’s energy!
I totally believe in the front loading calories thing (even though I don't do it myself..... I need to lol). There was a lady at the hospital I had to visit who came in for a fracture after a fall-so not diet related visit at all-still active, lives alone at home, gardens everyday, goes for daily walks, visits her grandchildren, all at 92 years old!! She tended to eat around 11 am after gardening or walking in the sun, her highest meal, mostly fruit and veg, and then ate again for dinner, which was lighter and smaller. 2 bigger meals, the earlier one more calorie dense than the other, and thriving. Thanks for hosting the interview !!
