No cap I feel like it'd be funnier if the title was just "The Weirdest Sonic Game" and the thumbnail showed JUST portraits of the Sonic characters in this game...and then Wreck-It Ralph's in the middle.
All seriousness aside, it's crazy that the Steam version of this game has the Heavy, Pyro, and Spy from *Team Fortress 2* as selectable drivers. 😂
There's also Pac-Man Party, if you guys are looking for me party games. There's some weird mini games involving the motion controls.

to get the boost at the beginning you have to press the right trigger button every second so when it says 3 you press then 2 you press then 1 you press but if you fail once you don't get a boost at the beginning its all about timing basically
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is where Sonic racing peaked and you can't convince me otherwise

And by "weirdest", you mean "best", because this game not only has the vehicles transform through different terrain, but does it so well that it makes it one of the best racing games around.

Wreck it Ralph is one thing, but Danica Patrick being in the game was definitely a unique and interesting choice lol

I remember 2 years ago, when the school year was about to end, one of my classmates brought his PSVita and he had this game. He let me play the game mid class and the teacher didnt kick us out or anything, despite clearly seeing us play with a console mid class

Helpful tip if you play this game again; you can actually do tricks to give yourself a boost by using the right stick!

I wished that SEGA made a new Sonic & All-Stars Racing game, because you got more characters to choose. More considering that there's currently going through a renaissance/return of their franchises, it would be perfect if we even include the other IPs that they have right now, like any representative of Phantasy Star and even Persona if they can.

My love for the first game made me overhate this one as a kid. I still have a few good reasons, like the lack of an announcer or losing Mobo and Robo, but I’ve realized that the toned-down All-Star moves make for a more balanced experience. Oh, and the fact that you can play all the missions with up to 4 (or 5) players is amazing!
Also, screw my kid self’s complaints about the unlock system. I remember hating that I had to unlock the characters instead of grinding for points. Oh, how the tables have turned.
ALSO also, did you know that one of the PC exclusive characters is a TF2 Tag Team? You race as Pyro on land, Heavy on Water, and Spy in the sky.

while i do think Transformed is a decent racing game, it just lacks the wackiness and charm the og Sonic and Sega All Stars racing had, namely because the all star moves are SUPER watered down in transformed (good music themes though for each) and the announcer is an absolute bore compared to the legendary memelord that was in SSATR.
Ideal dream idea for me for a new sonic racing game, taking the transforming stuff and the glorious remixes from transformed and keep that but also have the wacky all star moves from the og All stars racing game included and BRING BACK the meme announcer
