The most important thing you have ever said: "there is no analysis, i just turn up at the timings and there is either PnD or a DnP happening" or developing over the 1 to 3 hours and you pick the best one buy or sell.
I finally get it now, why you dont know and dont care whether you will be buying or selling in advance and i get how to identify the best candidate in line with the larger template aswell by keeping it that simple and basic at the time of the session.

@@livestock9722 you feel me! I’m over here chasing pips and little candles thinking I’m suppose to catch a move every session focusing on one pair. When all I need to do is trade a few instruments and find the BTS for that session. Find the easy set up! I also realized how Friday closing plays a huge part in the new week! Im going to watch again today 😅.

It all boils down on simplifying and focussing on the setup - ON THE DAY itself - a PnD or a DnP, you either have HH's or you have LL's. Not see the forest for the trees, it is called I think.. what you see on the screen is an illusion; when you see that and focus on the PnD or DnP you win the game. 23:29

Trading in the gap time (most often) is like showing up to the movie theatre before the movie starts. It's advertising. Someone is trying to sell you something.

Awesome, The Day1 determination, that one still a bit cloudy for me. I think I got it... for example if on Monday we break Friday's hi and close above it (inbalance), does that then mean we can consider Friday to be a Day1 ? For now I am keeping it simple, like u say.. Monday is Day1 and I work off from that.
Oh one of the important things I recommend folks ingraning in their minds is "IF YOU DON"T SEE ANYTHING, DO NOTHING..." Well actuall there is one thing that MUST BE DONE and that is SOYH!!!!!!!!

so basically they pump it up to a high at the round numbers and lock it in(peak formation) then dump it?something like that?
i dont know how you expect an expansion, sometimes you use the close of the day, before you used 3 levels or rise marks, now you dont use it to explain at least, so i am confuse cause the things you use are changing.
Where is the consolidation? Those are the levels I use. What is the SETUP? Of course it always changing? PnD or DnP? Trend Trade or Reversal Trade? What Day is it? 1-2-3?

Stupid question. On MRN days. I try to just trade the major pair involved in the news. USDCAD on oil news. CPI GBPUSD. I see the set ups, but I see the pin bar and wait for the correction. Should I look to the minor pairs involving the same currency in the MRN?? GBPCAD. Sometimes those pairs behave differently strangely.
I like to see MRN on pairs in Asia on frontside for the reversal opportunity on the backside Bryon, USDCAD is a perfect example of a Friday LOW or HOW) Reversal that coincides with MRN and only news on schedule. Inside of HOW/LOW I look at the MRN as a Pump or a Dump on major pairs. Can be a First Bounce opp in Asian pairs of LHF in US session on BOE etc.
So every 3 days its a pump or a dump?

But I am assuming that you consider 15m Inside LL or HH etc.

I think it has to do with a biological prey drive, especially those who have risk tolerant tendencies. Whereas the risk averse are the traders who never seem to be able to take a trade due to analysis paralysis. There's nothing natural about trading, and that's what we are battling, daily. I'm certainly not immune to it anyway.
We should be able to map and track what's causing us to be impatience n find underlying causes of impatience,dats when u can be able to solve the problem permanently....most of this common n repeating mistakes are caused by our internal thoughts n expectations which we should identify well in advance.e.g this can be caused by wanting to make money right away/at that moment. But u must remember trading is a process based game is not a get rich over night game,so is important to pay attention to what's causing impatience by tracking n mapping our thoughts,so that we can avoid it in future trades

Do this live. Otherwise it’s all hindsight. Anyone can do this with past charts. I can find all sorts of patterns and strategies that seem to repeat.. but that west Texas oil example is a perfect case of hindsight. Could have easily gone the opposite way
