After two huge festivals in 2015, CRSSD Fest San Diego continued their highly successful run by yet again bringing Southern California the biggest artists in the underground. The spring 2016 lineup included Mixmag cover-stars Loco Dice, Jamie Jones, Hot Since 82, Maceo Plex and more.

I do like the direction Jeremy Olander's new releases are going. 'Caravelle' is gorgeous. Favorite track at the moment. Since you mentioned melodic tech house I'll share my favorite artist with you... D-Nox & Beckers. A recent live set of theirs:

I too have been saying Olander is one day poised to be number 1 once this whole commercial garbage big room festival music sound dies off. In fact I told him this myself when I had to the honor to shake his hand after his set in Chicago in November of 2016. LOL. Olander is definitely KING of melodic prog and tech. Possibly one of the best producers we'll see in this lifetime.

+Leo Gonzales how was it live? I absolutely LOVE it in the car, at my desk, drinking a beer in my back yard, but would have never thought to play it during a festival set (probably why I'm not a professional DJ lol)
It was definitely nice to be with a crowd that was in the know...people who don't need a new track every minute and a half. Everyone around me was going through it with this song haha.
Steve Angello aka Mescal Kid dropped it @ Tomorrowland this year. One of the best moments of the festival. The crowd reaction was massive
