It looks like "L" track. I like it but am concerned with little toes getting caught in or on it. I'd like something like this but quicker release and mount system . I was actually thinking about mounting the winch on a hinged bracket that flips upside down and hangs under the floor until you need it then flip it up out of the floor and ready to go .
